The California Artichoke Cookbook: From the California Artichoke Advisory Board

I just got this book but after flipping through it I know I will be making some of these recipes. They don't look to be to complicated to complete.

Loved the book. Gave a copy to my daughter who also adores artichokes.

This is a great little book on Artichokes, and I enjoyed all the dipping sauces in this book. I can't wait to start trying out the recipes. Let's start cooking!

I saw this book at the Artichoke Festival near Monterey, CA. I could not find a place to buy it there. So happy fo find it on Amazon. I grow artichokes and needed some new ideas on how to prepare them. I look forward to my next harvest to try them out!
