Bristle pad fell off 2 brushes!!
My daughter got one of these as a bday gift and was devastated when her younger sister borrowed it and broke it. She was brushing her hair when the entire bristle pad came off, exposing the yellowish-orange gunk below that holds it together. I tried to tuck it back into the base of the brush, but it wasn't happening. I ordered her a replacement on Amazon and that one lasted about a week before the same problem happened. I would not buy this brush again!

Great concept but not well made
Love the brush and concept but we have given many as gifts and I am constantly hearing that they break while brushing. This really disappoints the kids as they generally haven't used them very much before they break. The bristle pad completely detaches from the plastic handle.

Terrible product, don’t buy
This is the second Sweetlocks brush we’ve had do the same thing. Thought maybe the first was a fluke. I just bought this for my daughter as a replacement a few months ago, and once again it fell apart. The inside has a crumbly foam with the scent that falls out and makes a mess, and the brush bristle face falls apart. Terrible product, don’t buy!

Loved it at first...but not now
My daughter loved this brush. It made her want to brush her hair. But it is now falling apart. The scented stuff keeps getting in her hair and falling on the floor. We only had it for 4 months. Very disappointed in this product.

The same thing happened to my daughter's brush. I bought it in a gift basket from a silent auction and it lasted for about 9 months before the bristle part came off. There is a yellow wax-like substance underneath the bristle area that is what hols the scent of the brush. Once the bristles come off, there is no way you can put it back together.

Works great for my straight long hair!
I'm 14 and I have had this brush for about a year now. Most of the bristles are still on there and the brush still smells great which is surprising considering I've had it for over a year now. I love it!
