I hate the heater and the customer service was worse
I hate the heater and the customer service was worse. The heater comes on with flame that shoot out if someone or something is near it could be a fire hazard there are three bricks when one lights gas is still escaping from the other two and then you get a big " poof " when the escaped gas lights.

Hard to find a blower that fits
It works well for a reasonable price, but the fans that most adds say will fit, do not.

Heater great, mounting hardware needs some work.
Very happy with the heater. Only complaints would be the poor quality wall mount and it does not include feet if you want to have it freestanding.
