I use the arm bells on a regular basis in the pool for a combination cardio and muscle toning workout. You can vary the angles in the water to work different muscle groups. They are very well made so I expect them to last quite a few years. Excellent product.

Love these bells! They have strengthened my back and shoulder muscles to the point where my posture is better and my back pain is alleviated. I use them primarily for deep water aerobics and am exceedingly happy with the results.

I've been using these for a month or so to increase the calorie burn during my pool running. The black ones barely increase my resistance. I don't want to purchase the next ones up yet and am waiting to try them out with someone at the pool who owns them. Hopefully,, they provide more resistance. Great idea but these don't really deliver.

These are wonderful for aquatic physical therapy, not just fitness. Use is strength building with resistance, in a water based environment. I am 60 and want to own my own pair.

Really? For the price. NO RESISTANCE at all. Total waiste of money. Buy the blue one instead.
