I'm on accutane, an acne medication that can strain the liver in some people. It did for me, putting my levels of liver enzymes well into the hundreds. It was alarming, to say the least. We like the fact that this comes in 500mg capsules. My wife has ALS and there is a research suggesting that a high dose treatment of Tudca is beneficial for patients with ALS. Under direction from her neurologist, my wife takes 2000mg per day via a G-Tube (feeding tube). We like the fact that the capsules are 500mg. They open easy and we dissolve the Tudca in water and administer the Tudca into the G-Tube using a plastic syringe.

I got this for a family member who is a recovering alcoholic at the advice of his doctor.
