The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the product needs to be longer down the back,as it is it only comes 3/4 of the way down your back and unfortunately at it's bottom there is a thick lumpy bar that pushes into your lower back when your sitting and as the people using this will have sensitive backs that isn't ideal, apart from that it does a decent job and gets as warm as all these products do, which isn't quite warm enough but that's health and safety for you,we are not allowed the freedom of thinking for our selves and making our own decisions

I have got neck and back pain and need to place hot press or hot water bottles to certain painful spots now and then. This heating vet puts paid to those fiddly methods. Just plug in and switch to the right heat level and you feel the warmth almost immediately. The fabric is very soft and the neck part can be closed with inbuilt magnets while lower back with straps. My neck and back feel much better. The downside is that I am sitting in front of the screen even more. Argh... It says the whole thing can be machine washed. But I do not see a need for that for a long while.

I ordered the heating pad because i regularly go to gym for exercise. The pad works great and soothes my muscles to a great extend. Its very easy to put on. The remote has various modes to control the heating. Recommended

Winter is coming and the temperature is dropping. So I bought this heating mat, it is very comfortable and effective. It is useful for keeping warm during winter.

My wife loves this heat wrap and uses it every day. It is well made and the magnetic flaps means it stays on and fits well. The heat settings go from comfortably warm to hot and it delivers a consistent heat across its surface. Only slight negatives are the colour and the 'old Granny' aura associated with it. Recommended.ProsWell made.Nice soft material so can be warn against the skin (but TURN IT TO LOWEST SETTING).Fits snuggly and the magnetic shoulder straps means it secures easily.Good range of heat setting from just comfortable warmth to healing heat.The neck pad is a great idea.ConsLess garish colour would be good.

I have endometriosis and this product has been amazing. I felt a bit mean spending so much on it at first when we are struggling financially but it's proven to be well worth the investment. It's perfect if I'm in too much pain to get up and make a hot water bottle and need heat fast. My only two complaints are the shutdown timer for an hour, I'd have preferred that to be optional rather than mandatory, however it is easy enough to just press a button and switch it back on so that's an annoyance more than a problem. And also that for me it doesn't get hot enough, but then 'hot enough' for me is a hot water bottle that can cause burns (fellow endo sufferers know what I mean). But for normal period pain I imagine it's probably hot enough and even for severe pain is still got it's uses. Personally I also have severe lower back pain at that time too so I can use this on the back and a hot water bottle in the front if needed. Overall I would highly recommend this to people who suffer like me, I don't know how I got along without it. It may not be completely perfect but I would say it's an essential. It's also very soft which is nice.

Having read a number of reviews I decided to take a chance and purchase this, I’m glad I took the advice of previous reviews, it’s been useful in a number of way, firstly helped with the constant pain I’m having in shoulders and neck, Also lower back, the added bonus it keep you warm, the controls are easy to operate and apart from the on off button you can select from 6 settings for the heater element, so far I’ve found setting 4 to be just right for me. If your a sufferer of arthritis you will get comfort from this pad.
