fits but quite tight I measured as instructed but could have done with a little more room have read on a site that you should be able to put two fingers under the rim maybe good advice for future customers. By the way love the hat,

Just arrived and the hat is perfect. The only disappointment is a small stain as seen on attached photo. For this price I wouldn’t expect something like that, hence only 4 stars. Otherwise it’s really nice and good fit. I found it a bit difficult to find the best size and as by the instructions to add 1-2 cm to the measure and went for 7 1/4 instead of 7 1/8. It sits nicely on the head.

Decent hat and fits perfectly.

Never owned a hat of this quality before and I have to say it makes such a huge difference. Yes it's more expensive but so far after 6 months of use it's still like new. Would certainly buy again if it ever does start looking too worn.

Saw lots of people wearing Tilley hats on a recent holiday and thought - I want one of those. I'd considered one before but never got around to buying one. Despite a bit of confusion with sizes - finally I have my Tilley hat and in the 'Tilley' colour. Don't know why they call it Olive/Khaki but... Love it to bits.

Tilley hats have a trademark curve to the brim.This hat had the brim stitched incorrectly, resulting in the brim not curving as it should, but in one section, actually curving up.This couldn't be removed by trying to re-curve the brim. Returned.

I've had a Tilley hat before which became too small hence why I bought this one.Great purchase and even better than the last.Would but a Tilley again - best hats in this market

I have been wearing a Tilly hat for several years and love it. My husband needed a new hat with maximum sun protection so I indulged him and bought him a Tilly too! He was impressed when a lady in town asked him if it was a Tilley, and he was pleased to say that it was. She commented on the fact that Tilley makes a super product. I've been telling him that for years! Now we both stroll the beach and the town in our hats. Great in wind as it has an anchoring strap for those oh-so-windy days. Additionally, it is water resistant in rain as well, made exceptionally well, worth the price, and keeps its shape even after washing it on gentle in a fine garment bag. I seriously don't see how you can go wrong with these hats.
