Item was ok. Had a slight issue with a loose ball but managed to sort it out with a little solder. You get what you pay for but I was not disappointed.

Bad quality
Considering the price, I would not expect the balls to be loosely threaded. They stayed on for about 12 hours. Then looked in the mirror and they were gone. Don't know if it's just mine that was dodgy but won't be buying again 😕

Good but ball bearing fitting could be better.
The quality is good but the thread for the ball bearing is on the horse shoe ring and not the ball bearing. This needs cleaning often and not great when your are using it for you PA.

Perfect for healing p.a.
Used this as the initial piece of jewellery for my p.a. and it did the job nicely; wider diameter avoiding pressure on the inside edge. Quality seems good, healed nicely with no infection as you would expect from surgical steel. One of the balls dropped off early on but seems that was because I hadn't tightened it sufficiently as didn't happen again.
