We thought that it could be marble but it's plastic good for rough use

Great design,but defective product
The design is lovely and good quality. Using it for a week now, noticed the hand wash leaking out from the dispenser on top. Didn't expect a TOTO defective product, and that too from Amazon. What can be done now? Can it be returned/replaced?

Ugly in reality
Its doesn't taper towards the bottom, as shown in the picture. It also shoots the soap a mile away into the distance.
