Q: Can you use this product on dry hair?

Yes you can but use a hairdryer to fluff up you hair. I bend over and spray, then use the dryer.

Q: Does it make your hair feel grimey or oily?

No great product. If use too much hair can get sticky.

Q: Is this really a hairspray? A spray that holds the Hair in place?

I do not use it as a "hair spray" as to hold my hair in place. I use it as a styling spray on wet hair on the roots then I blow dry. I do love it. Hope this helps.

No it’s not like wax it’s not sticky it sprays clean on hair I have very fine thin hair and have been using it for years it does not weigh your hair down just gives it a nice volumn

it is going to go waste as i cant use up all of hte product ...

a product with a shelf life of 3 yrs. t one i got expires in dec 16 ! n i cant even return it . it is going to go waste as i cant use up all of hte product by then ! ggrrr.t product by itself is a great product but better to pick it up at a salon so as to b sure of t expiry dates.
