Wow, this is really nice and the price here on Amazon from this seller is a bargain!! It is sold by other retailers but it was about 33% more costly at every other retailer. I paid a little over $60 here and it's worth every penny.It's got a decent thickness to it so that when it's washed a few times, it won't be all flimsy and threadbare. It is well quilted so the batting won't be bunching up either. The fabric looks and feels luxurious. I have to disagree with other reviews although lighting may make a difference to some. My room is not very well lit at all with small windows and on a cloudy day, it looks to us to be a medium brown and there's definitely quite a bit of gold to mine. The gold does have a very slight metallic shine but not cheap looking.For a queen size platform bed, it is the PERFECT size! Right to about the mid-point of the side rails, which I would prefer to not have completely covered.So it's beautiful, perfectly sized, well made and a bargain! Thanks Amazon and JLA Home. It's not often a product hits it out of the ballpark by far but you sure did it on this item.

I wanted to revamp my bedroom for the summer with a more lightweight bed and sheet set for my guy who is an extremely hot sleeper and searched all over the Internet for something that caught my eye. I have this exact same set as a comforter and when I found it as a coverlet I couldn’t help myself, all my other ideas of changing it up floor out the window and I went with my gut and I’m so happy I did! It’s lightweight but provides the perfect barrier for that touch of warmth against the a/c or chill morning air. The width perfectly hits the end of my bed frame on both sides and lengthwise it is long enough to tuck at the end and fold over at the top for that hotel bed effect. Having an unmade bed is a pet-peeve of mine so I love that it is light easy to fix and reset with a little shake. I bought gold Mellanni brushed microfiber sheets from Amazon to go with that lightweight, dry wicking effect and they look beautiful against this quilt. They are the same size as well so when the bed is made you get a streamlined finish. I am so happy I chose this bed set; now I have the comforter for the cold nights and this for the warm ones! Love it!

I'll be honest: one of the reasons I chose this paisley quilt set was to disguise the black dog hair shed by my border collie, who sleeps next to me. And l this quilt does the trick!This quilt looks great on my bed, and the underside is very soft, which is an added bonus. It's a lightweight quilt yet it has some heft to it, which makes it a nice choice for those who like the feel of a blanket on them without the heat. For Albuquerque summers, this quilt is all I need at night. I think it will do nicely in winter over my down alternative duvet in lieu of a comforter. I've washed and dried the quilt one time according to the instructions (I have a high-capacity washer and dryer), and it held up just fine. No snags or any other problems. It came out of the dryer looking brand new!The pillows also are nice and add a decorator touch to my bed. I really love the paisley design on the quilt and have designed my bedroom decor around the colors in the quilt and the pillows. I get a lot of compliments on this bedding set.By the way, this is an honest review based on my personal experience. This is really beautiful in person. I took one star off because it is very short from side to side on the mattress and barely covers the mattress on the sides. I wished they would consider those measurements. I would normally return it for that alone, but I like the look and because it is made very well. Be aware of that. I bought a King. It fits really well in length. They give you way more length than any other quilt/comforter. If they added another 1' on the width so you could have 6" more on each side, it would be perfect!

It does take on different colors depending on lighting and each and every one is gorgeous! It's a quilt so it will be useful for all seasons. It's perfect for summer and you can just add some flannel sheets for winter and you'll be good to go. I love this set!

I’m very happy with the quilt set. It’s a generous size and it is great in my master bathroom.

This coverlet was just what I was looking for! It’s lightweight enough so that my hot natured husband doesn’t complain about being too warm every night. It looks elegant without being girlie or masculine. I ordered the black. It has creamy yellow colored threads with a hint of silver throughout. The colors will work with about any decor. I wish it were a couple inches bigger. It barely covered the mattress on my bed but I have a really thick pillow top mattress. It comes down to the bedrails on both sides but there’s no room for error when making the bed. I haven’t washed it yet so I can not attest to how easy it is to clean. It does pick easily, probably not a good idea if you have pets that get on the bed. I am very happy with this purchase.

I just love this set it looks beautiful in my bedroom. I have a queen size bed with an 18 inch mattress so I ordered a king size and it fits perfectly.

The set was very close to what I was looking for and matched my decor exactly. Enough gold tones in the coverlet to keep the room bright but not overly goldish. I bought king size for a queen bed and am able to put it on the bed with the stripes going vertical or horizontal which gives a nice chang-up to the bed. The weight is perfect and provides a lot of warmth for me. Great price point also.

Sorry for not responding much sooner. We were in the middle of extensive renovations and I did not wish to open my new bedspread set with all of the dust and debris moving through the house. Renovations are done, bedspread has been opened and placed on the bed and I am very happy with it! Many Thanks!
