Chilton Labor Guide Manuals for Domestic and Imported Vehicles, 2013- [2 Volume Set] 1st Edition

It is easy enough to navigate, with quick car model index tabs for the American side brands, hidden tabs for the non American book, except for the two tabs Europe & Asian. They appear to cover a lot of car models starting at around 1990 on wards on the non American book. Would have loved it if it had tabs for Asian models. Would of loved it as well if it covered before 1990 as well, but that is being greedy, and the book would probably double in size, being it is 7cm (2.756" for the imperial fellows) for each book, 2 of, it will do just fine with what they have got in there. Have read complaints about pages coming out. Treat it as a library book, look after it well (keep it dry, don't fold the cover back to touch each other, don't let the dog or kids play with it), it should give you years of service.Very happy with it so far. Recommend it highly more than their buggy DVD version that would not authorize (with out authorization, it won't work), which I would not recommend to anyone. Return the DVD version for the good ole fashion reliable book. Batteries, power and authorization servers not needed.

Only sent me the import one at first...called Amazon and the woman said there's nothing she can do but give me my money back...plus she said that it only comes with one book and not 2....so that would make it 200 bucks a book...I knew that wasent right cuz the ad said it came with TWO books...so clearly the woman was new or something so I called right back after I hung up from here and got another person that said sorry about that...she says for my trouble she was sending me both books over night...I got both books the very next morning then I sent the one book back...everything worked out great! You just have to understand that some people are new to there job I guess and don't know what to do...always remember just hang up and get another person on the line you will be glad you did...went from very angry to very happy in minutes just from a different person handling things the right way...

The discription of the item said it was for the domestic and foreign car guide but when I received the item it only had the imported edition in the package. Called Amazon and they sent me the correct 2 volume set and a return label for the one volume I had already received. I was a little aggravated but they did everthing they could to make it right. I will continue to buy thru Amazon.

the binding is cheap and i can see it wont last long but you get what you pay for, this is for the weekend or side mechanic.

It has huge selection of information but it doesn't have exactly everything u look for, you have to find it with different parts and add it up.

DOES'NT HAVE ALL VEHICLES, MOST BUT NOT ALL

It will be used for many years to come. We liked the separation of foreign and domestic vehicles in two volumes

Not bad; has most of the labour times in it, lacking some for things like door handles/window motors etc and the way the times for struts/strut mounts/coils is written is a little confusing, but much better layout than the Motor labour guide.
