I totally fell in LOVE with this ankle support the second I put it on! Not only is it a dream to put my swollen foot into, (as you don’t have to try & squeeze your foot or ankle through anything!), as it wraps around your foot and ankle and is unbelievably comfortable as heck! This is how all ankle supports should be made, if you ask me!! I love ❤️ it so much that I just bought 3 more, because it is so comfortable, and I have no pain putting it on... Finally, I have found one ankle support out of 50 (literally, I have bought about 50 different types of braces and supports for my fractured ankle!) and this is the only one that is absolutely perfect for me!I fractured my ankle and my knee when I fell off a ladder at the end of August 2021, and I refused to take the phony cv pcr swab test (as it is the jab ingredients on the swab and without informed consent either!), & there isn’t a single surgeon or hospital in this country that will allow me to take a saliva or blood test to prove I don’t have the man made virus! So medical tyranny is beyond belief in this satanic ran world right now, & I will never sell my soul or cave and take their death test or jab either! So I have been praying for Jesus to perform a miracle healing on me, as He already healed me once, but I rushed into physical therapy too fast and I also dropped my electric toothbrush right on my fractured area of my ankle and re-injured it again.But really, this is the only ankle support that I’ve found on this site that is comfortable and doesn’t hurt me in any way, and I recommend it highly to anyone who is going through any sort of ankle or foot issues!I also highly recommend you ask yourself a question before you take anything the government is mandating, or any so called health demon tells you to do, & see for yourself who is profiting from the corruption going on right now? Look into who owns stock in the products they are forcing on people! Then turn off your tv, stop reading the newspaper, because it is all lies, and start to look up everything for yourself online! If you make your decisions based on whether it has to do with the flesh (🦵🏻), or it is of this world (💸💰), it isn’t worth losing your eternal soul over anything that has to do with that... Because time is running short and Jesus will be coming back soon, and then our flesh will fall away and we will put on our incorruptible spiritual bodies and we will inhabit our new and replenished Heaven on Earth (after God wipes out all the evil corrupt demons that have taken over the bodies of the ones who took the shots and the crew of satan) and us saints will live out the rest of eternity with God in absolute peace, harmony and sheer joy!! So remember to Pray to God unceasingly for all your needs, and keep the faith that He will always hear your prayers and answer them with a quickness if you are following Him and you’re a child of the most High God! I use size S for socks, ankle braces, etc. so I bought this in an S. It didn't wrap well around the ankle, and in consequence the velcro would and and scratch too, just like many reviews mention. I really liked the design as it gives compression to the ankle as well as the bands that you pull up and around as they give extra support and comfort. Same idea as the sturdier, medical ankle brace, which is much more expensive and bulky, but you can't wear anything but ample tennis shoes.I wear a 7-7.5, and as I was bumped out that it didn't fit, I checked the pictures provided in the description, and I realized that I should have gotten a size M, because the S is more appropriate for teens. I had bought too small of a size. So I returned the S and bought the M, and voila, now it fits perfectly. This is a step down from the orthotics I've been wearing for weeks, and it's doing the job I was hoping for to continue healing.TIPs: Check the 4 steps/how to put on pictures. Do this on the floor and place your leg and foot on a 90º angle. First you can adjust how much compression you want to provide around your ankle with the thicker straps, then pull up and around the thin straps, as tight or looser as you like. Some of the heel sticks out, but all should fit snug.Because it is thinner and lighter than the medical orthotics, you can wear it even with more dressy shoes. It's easy to camouflage if you wear it on black knee high tights or under black socks.I'm hoping they make a beige or nude color someday.

This ankle brace seems well made and lightweight. However, I never could figure out how to apply it to my left ankle, and the video only shows the right ankle clearly. After trying for about 20 minutes I finally got it where I thought it belonged. However, when I put on my walking shoes one of the Velcro tabs rubbed my ankle, which was very uncomfortable. This brace is now in my box of "braces that didn't work." Perhaps the vendor will provide a better video.

Sprained my ankle 6 months ago. Scar tissue makes it still look swollen so working on breaking that up still. I love running and don't want to reinjure it, so I bought this wrap for compression and flexible support.This is the best compression wrap I've found if you're looking to help prevent another sprained ankle. It's slim enough to fit in my running shoes (which have custom arch supports so there's not much room left for your average ankle wrap to fit comfortably) and it feels snug and supportive, but not too tight.I got a size small even though based on the size chart it said I would be a medium...I have a slim athletic build and wear women's shoe size 7. I included pics of my ankle measurements. 8.5" around both ankle bones. 7.5"ish around right above ankle bones. Small fits snugly and should still fit even after it streches out after a couple months of use.Thank you Blue Pine for the great quality!!

I was a little hesitant to order this at first after some of the reviews but decided to give a try after trying a different one that didn't fit. I sprained my right ankle months ago and have been trouble keeping it stable and getting it to heal. I wanted something that would give it support and keep it stable to help it heal faster without being big, bulky and cumbersome to wear everyday--and this fits the bill! I can wrap and adjust it to be as tight or not-so-tight as I need, it's quick and easy to get on and off. Wears well with gym shoes or dress shoes. I've been using it now for a week or so and my ankle seems to be healing but only time will tell. The only 2 concerns with it are 1) It should come in a few different sizes. And 2) I'm not sure about the quality of the material and how long it will last. But other than that it works for me and it might work for you depending on the severity of your ankle issue.
