Great juicer, reasonable price, very happy!
I embarked on a Jason Vale juicing programme and borrowed a friend's Anthony Worral-Thompson juicer to begin with. It was a fast juicer which took whole fruit. I then bought my own. This one. I bought it as the slow juicers are supposed to retain more nutrients in the juice. It's a great juicer. Comparing it with the other juicer I didn't notice any difference in taste or amount of juice or how dry the pulp was however, this one is a lot smaller (and I have a dinky kitchen so space is very important) and it is lovely and quiet. It has strong suckers keeping it rooted to the worktop and is very simple to use- it has one setting and a reverse if anything gets stuck in it but it hasn't jammed with anything so far and it has been well used.It handles hard fruit and veg (apples, carrots, broccoli stem etc) easily and the pulp has been properly juiced. This is easy to clean out and takes no more than 5 minutes (max) to clean out and wash all the pieces. There is a handy little brush included to help clean it and no sharp blades to cut yourself on.My only gripe is that you have to cut up the fruit to put in it rather than being able to juice whole fruit, that being said, it is not a design flaw as I knew this buying it - it's just me being lazy! It's also a lovely pinky purple colour so it looks attractive sat on the worktop! All in all, I love it!

Value Juicer - Adequate but flawed design
Juicer very cheap (£45) and it certainly works. However there are several drawbacks:- fiddly to clean mesh basket and pulp spout- clogs up very quickly - not really possible to juice anything more than a single serving without cleaning and it has difficulty with normal juice ingredients such as celery (two sticks are enough to clog it even if the larger strings are removed and the sticks cut into pieces before hand)- aperture for pulp to exit mesh container very small (photo 1) and pulp spout only has a small silicone lug to protect it (photo 2) which does not seem robust enough to last- overall large and cumbersome

Disappointing – but you get what you pay for!!
Doesn't separate the pulp from the juice well, so you end up with a thin smoothie as opposed to pure juice. I have to run the mixture through a sieve to remove the bits, and there is a lot in there after! This adds time to an already long process, as all the veg and fruit has to be well chopped up to give the juicer a chance it would seem. Also the pulp that comes out is quite wet which means that the pulp exit clogs up quite easily.Cant deal with celery either with is fundamental for those on juice fast diets. It is very quiet and the suckers on the bottom of the machine hold it in place well.

Excellent Juicer that works really well Pulp is very dry ...
Excellent Juicer that works really wellPulp is very dry and you really get a lot of the juice out of it.You have to get used to cleaning it and fitting the parts back in but once you have done it a few times its a doddleI give it 4 stars because its a little bit fiddly initially but so much better than the rubbish sage heston blumenthal juicer i had to ditchWell worth the money

Fantastic product, great price.
Fantastic slow juicer! I had a more expensive centrifugal juicer a couple of years ago, it cost me over £100 and was great, but very big and hard to wash. We gradually stopped using it and eventually gave it away. However I decided to go on a juice fast to fix a health issue so I needed a serious juicer again. I read that slow juicers give more juice and are healthier so wanted to try one. Most of them are between £100 - £200 which I can't really justify. When I saw this and read the reviews I decided to try it.Now I use it every day and have done for a couple of months. Like other reviewers, it takes a bit of getting used to how to put it back together after washing, but once you've practised a few times it becomes quick and easy.I was surprised at how fast it is, slow isn't really much slower that any other juicer I find! Highly recommend. I don't know why you would really pay more as it does everything you need. You can't make more than one or two juices at once without needing to clean it inbetween. I'm guessing that's probably true for all juicers though? If not then this will explain it's only drawback.

The juicer started to work fine, but after few month the different parts started to crack down and break. Its less than one year so its under guarantee, however when I contacted the seller to ask for parts, they never come back to me.Its really furstarting they they advertise and sell faulty products without taking any responsabilityI wouldnt buy it again

Great juice maker
Bought this juicer as discount is good and reviews are great- wanted something quiet, not bulky and mainly for carrot juice. This juicer is absolutely amazing- makes such a nice clear juice, so little to clean- it gets maximum from every single fruit. Runs so quiet, easy to assamble and to clean parts. Not sure how many years of warranty it has. But hopefully it will be my buddy for a long time!I am giving five stars for quality built, great price and delicious juice you get!

I was a little disappointed with the size if the actual juice bowl
I was a little disappointed with the size if the actual juice bowl. Its small and does not allow too many pieces of cut up fruits/veg too soon after each other. The feeding flute is too small, and all your juicing components need chopping. If you are pressed for time, this is annoying, so I have often just left it. The jugs are separate from the unit and has to be stored separately. The only plus is that the pulp is quite dry which means maximum juice is being extracted. I would not recommend buying it. I have since seen better juicers which are more time friendly.
