Appalachian Emporium's Feather & Sheet Moss 1 Quart for Terrariums Vivariums Bonsai Reptile

Great moss, came in good condition, has rehydrated really nicely and seems to be doing well. I purchased this package and  Appalachian Emporium's Super Mix Live Fresh Moss for Terrariums, Vivariums, Bath Mats, Garden, Flower Pots , and with the both of them I honestly had a little trouble squeezing everything into my new terrarium, which is a 10-gallon glass fishtank. They looked a bit small when bagged when but once I pulled them out and spread them a bit I felt like I was getting a surprisingly huge amount of moss. :D The price is definitely right and this package in particular seems like it'd be great for vivariums with tropical or amphibious inhabitants. Very happy with my order, will be back for more.

If you order directly from Appalachian Emporium, the moss is great! But you have to watch now that Amazon is allowing other sellers to copy on peoples listings. Make sure when you order it says "Sold by Appalachian Emporium" right above where you add it to cart. I got mine from ZimmermannErick and it was lots of smaller shredded pieces that I couldn't do much with, decent amount of moss, but just not really good for much. I filed a claim through Amazon. My mistake for not paying closer attention when buying. Live and learn.

I ordered this Moss for my frog verrarium and it turned out beautifully I don't even have to water it in there because it's so high in humidity and was purchased in January it is now April and still doing beautifully. Purchased more for another verrarium just the other day and will continue to purchase all my Moss needs from this company because it turns out beautiful and is very well preserved in shipping.

This is very healthy moss. But it took a long time to get here so if you have no patience then you my find a problem with this.

Where im from moss isnt natural lol. I am from el paso texas where we have the el paso Chihuahua Desert... nothing but bone dry sand. Hopefully this will survive on my in door bonsais, i also randomely started a terrarium w the extra.

The moss arrived green and in good shape. But it is too bushy for small bonsai trees.

My wife ordered this because she loves putting together terrariums and had been wanting to make a new one. I was nervous to order moss on amazon, but this was a great deal and it came in very good condition. My wife put it in her terrarium and it's stayed very healthy. The next time we need to order moss, we'll be getting this again.
