I had heard about the fantastic benefits spirulina can have on your body but had never taken it regularly, till now. I have used powdered, drink-mix type supplements before which contained spirulina, but never to the potency as the BRI capsules do because, honestly, the stuff doesn't taste all that delicious. I previously used bulk spirulina in a bag. Worked but I always end of spilling a little when retracting my measuring spoon from the bag and measurements weren't always exact.When I stopped by a local restaurant they have this amazing smoothie called the Green Goddess. They add spirulina. I watched them make the drink and noticed they were opening capsules. Omg! Why didn't I think of that?! I went to Amazon right away and finally found these capsules. Feel more energy

My wife is a breast cancer survivor, she got into taking a number of supplements while going through treatment...she does a great deal of research on everything and has been buying everything via Amazon. Great price. I have been using Spirulina, for the past couple of months and giving it to my pets. This s*** kicks ass. Serious. SERIOUS. I am a work from home, homeschooling, mother of 2 special needs kids and I have my own health issues as well. The energy suck of parenting in addition to a sleep disorder, diabetes, and hormonal imbalance, has had massive effects in my life. Right around the time I know I'm going to go downhill fast and hard I take 2 caps of this stuff and blamo. There is no slump. There is no drag. There is also no freak out jittery terrifying joyride of chaotic crack-head energy. I simply feel like I'm alive and normal and can continue to be an attempted supermom. This is the ONLY reason I manage to get through an entire day AND get us all to soccer practice after an early dinner without wanting to hide in the corner of my kitchen crying from exhaustion and unattainable expectations. I really like this product. I have been taking it for about a year and I take 4 capsules once a day. When I run out and it has been a couple of days, I can tell my inflammation comes back due to my hands/fingers being slightly swollen. Before this product I didn't even know that my fingers were swollen but I sure enjoy it when they are not. I would recommend this product.
