Beware, Not the same as older models
After less than 5 minutes. Horrible noise, then it shut down. Tried it several times at various temperature settings. Sent back ASAP. Went to eBay and found the original model new in box, works like a charm! I own 3 more as I use daily in my marshmallow production business. I will keep searching for another older one as you can’t have too many back ups!

The Original Model was the best!
Have had the original model going on 10 years and it still works perfectly! Am steering clear of newer model based on review from a recent customer that the new model is grossly inferior.
