Dance in the Vampire Bund Omnibus 1 (Volumes 1 - 3) (Dance in the Vampire Bund, 1) Paperback – December 11, 2012

I bought this because I watched and loved the anime but they left it incomplete, so I figured "Why not read the manga". I like to read manga from books not online, so when I noticed there was an "edition" that brought 3 Volumes in one I bought it as fast as I could. The story line is awesome, some things a different from the anime but most of them are very much alike. I also loved the extra 4-koma that it brings after you finish a volume, it's really funny and enjoyable. I already bought Omnibus 2 and can't wait for it to arrive. I suggest this to anyone that liked the anime, and for those who haven't I suggest it if you like: Ecchi (it's very ecchi), Action, Drama, Comedy and, somewhat, romance.

I've watched the Anime dubbed several times before I stumbled on the 1st version of the "Dance" Omnibus series and since then I have bought all 4. 2 were pre orders and one has not hit the shelves yet. Im' biting my nails for Volumes 10-12 (OB4). The artwork in these compilations is superb. Omnibus 1 follows the Anime fairly closely but strays on occasion to bring you more information on back story's. I say that it is no wonder that this series as been on the New York Best Seller List and has gone from Manga to Anime. I'm hoping we'll see more of Mina and Akira in a feature film some day. It's a great story. Nothing better than an 800 year old vampire queen and ugly green goblin pure blood sutors.

Excessive foxing to all the pages. It is the worst copy in my set and very noticeable its a replacement for a stolen copy in my collection compared to the others. Must have been poorly stored(heat likely caused).

This series is great for those who like dark nitty-gritty fantasy stories, however, it does include several adult themes and even several nude scenes, so if you or the one you wish to purchase this for have any issues with that sort of thing turn back now. Otherwise it is a really well written fantasy story, and it looks great to boot!

I’m so glad I got this bind up and that my friend recommended me this manga series can’t wait to read it. I love Vampire manga books and books ;)

This manga is very good. I first watched the show on Netflix and I fell in love with it! So I had to get this manga. This Omnibus manga goes to Chapter 1 and to Chapter 19. This manga is a must buy for anyone who loves Dance In the Vampire.

Was so exited when i opened the box! the cover is wonderful and the drawings inside just great! Now it is rather big so it will take time to be read, which will be a joy! Anime is great and I definitly wanted a piece of it! :D

Good story, characters, art and dialogue. Hime and akira are very likeable characters.

having watch the manga first, i got the book to help flesh out the story because the manga skipped out some parts and also this went deeper that the show
