If you have mild insomnia or trouble falling asleep, this a great product. I always seem fall asleep more quickly and to have a deeper, more restful sleep when I take it. You don't have that hungover feeling in the morning, either. It's not addictive for me, even though I take it on a regular basis, as if I forget it, I still can sleep. I just think I have a better quality of sleep with it.If you have more difficult sleep issues or experience insomnia alll the time, this might not be strong enough, but I think it might be worth trying out for the price.

Not sure what changed--me or the product! I actually bought a couple extra bottles after it seemed so helpful, and now I have 3 bottles that are not going to move real fast. I'm actually wondering if it's keeping me up in the middle of the night. I might just not do well with melatonin, so that might be the issue. Try it but don't rush to buy more if it helps initially. Give it a few weeks and see what happens.
