Tag arrived as described - I have no problem with the company at all.Unfortunately after wearing this for a month, I found that my Havanese had chewed hers to a nub. I find it amazing she was able to cock her head to do this, but when you have 10 hours a day to burn, I guess you learn to do amazing things.So my rating is based on this not necessarily being a good solution for a small dog - better to consider a metal tag with actual physical engraving rather than laser etching.

Worked ok but could not add an e-mail address due to overzealous filtering at Amazon messaging ... the address would be blocked every time I would reply the merchant. Just kept it simple: name and phone number. Placed the ID tag on the Kitty Holster harness since my cat does not wear collar, being an indoor-only cat.

This tag is GREAT. The letters are perfectly engraved and clearly noticeable! I got the red and it's super cute. Ran into a bit of an issue on the delivery but it's due to the USPS. Customer service was superb, Debbie was very helpful and was very efficient on solving my issue. Happy I've found them!
