UPDATED: Customer service is great, average to good product at a great price..
6/26/15 - I was sent a new pair of earbuds to test and I must say it really didn't change a lot. The receiver works somewhat better but still the connections cracks up from time to time. I've given them a tough use and they have endured so far, battery life is quite satisfactory and, as I said before, quite easy to pair with the BT device you want to. So far I have paired it to my iPhone 5, iPad 2 and Toshiba Laptop PC, all good.Customer service, I must say, was attentive, courteous and they made every effort to change my perception of the product. It was a great thing they sent me free of charge a new pair to test, and this changed my mind about the way this seller does business. This is how informed buying should be. And it surely is good business.6/12/15 - I was kindly contacted by contacted by sales representatives and they offered to replace the earphones to see if the new set performs better than the one I bought. We'll see how they do. Will update this review pro re nata.I was surprised I was contacted directly by the seller to leave feedback, gives a good impression but I am not satisfied. . I'll keep it briefPhysical details: In the photos earbuds seem (at least to me) white. They're not white, they have a silver-chrome like finish that I don't really like. Silicon earbuds, not white: they're black. I did not like it very much, but I hoped performance would overcome this minor nuisance.Sound quality - averageBluetooth connection: not good. Although it connects quickly to iPhone 5, it breaks very often. While running, I have to put the phone on the same side as the receiver is (right side) so the connection keeps on. If you sit put and use it for a conversation with the phone close to you, works fine. But of you walk a few steps from the phone: connection will break.Weight: It says 11.5 gr. I would have liked to have a scale to confirm that, but I don't. Anyways, while running, the receiver moves very much and makes the earbud fall from my ear. I've tried different sizes to stop this and keeps happening. I have also tried using the cable on the back or fron of my neck: the receiver/controller is too heavy. Did no like that at all.Quality: price ratio is good, I must tell. These earphones have a very competitive price and they work... just OK. But I hate when the connection breaks, so I am looking for a new pair.I would ask to get my money back, but the package and instructions were mistakenly thrown away into the garbage couples of days after I got them. So I will keep them for use only when I don't need to move, such as when traveling or making phone calls from my car or desk.Disappointed since I bought them specifically for running.

Drops connection to phone frequently
Product paired easily with my iPhone however when on calls, the connection is lost frequently. Other times while talking the person on the other end stops hearing me while I can still hear them. I was told when it is connected, the quality of the mic is good and they can hear me well. I would not recommend this product of you are also going to use it for phone calls, way to frustrating and fixing the connection requires hanging up and calling back. Unfortunately the packaging was thrown out before I could fully test or I would be return this item.Update:So after my initial review, the company contacted me and offered to send a replacement set. I assume this has something to do with how amazon rates companies and how products show up in searches, but honestly I didn't really care. They said it must be a faulty unit and I was willing to try another pair given the customer service response. I did receive the new unit and I can say that they do not drop the mic connection as frequently as the old pair but I still have the same issue. Just so everyone knows, I carry my phone in a front breast pocket of my shirt so it is probably 1ft away from the headset. Distance is not the issue. Sound never disconnects, I can always hear people on the other end of the phone asking if I am there, but the mic just doesn't work. I have found that if I switch the between the headset to the speaker and then back to the headset it works again. I know it isn't my phone because I can connect a jawbone and it never happens. So still good for music but not for a phone application.

Great for hands-free cell calls
It connects via Bluetooth with no issue. The sound is fine for phone calls but too tinny sounding for listening to music - IMHO. I wouldn't recommend it for exercise if you will be moving a lot, especially jogging - the weight of the controls on the right side cause the ear piece to come out. The ear pieces stay in fine for walking or driving though. There are two little rubbery pieces that come with it that I think are supposed to help hold the buds in the ear but no instructions on how to mount or use them. I tried multiple ways and nothing seemed to work.On a really positive note, when I was out walking and using them for a hands-free cell call on a really windy day (20-25mph gusts), the person on the other end didn't hear any of the wind like she had with other hands-free headsets I have. Since I had both buds in, the wind didn't bother my hearing either.

great value
Totally like this for my bus ride and simple office use. Wanted something that would not leave me in a tangle of cords, last the length of the bus trip and work as a headset for phone calls and occasional use in the office for listening to music. I tried a couple other units from other manufacturers here on Amazon - this was by far the better sound quality, lighter, easiest to use that was this cheap. It is a little bass heavy compared to the wired etymotic hf5 headphones I'm used to using previously (I actually still carry them in my work bag so I have a backup).cons: next/previous control of music was unintuitive for me. Volume control takes getting a little used to (can't just 'click' have to hold for ~.1 of a sec). Battery is small and needs daily charge if you use it a bunch (but it's light and I haven't had problems if I charge daily).

- Battery Life is good, will last me most of the day and ...
- Volume control knob is quite large and ugly, and dangles around a bit widly whenever doing physical activity. Also makes the two sides unbalanced whenever you're wearing them.- Material feels slightly cheap, and lots of rough edges.- Battery Life is good, will last me most of the day and definitely any workout session.- Sound quality is a warm 5 to a cold 6; Good noise cancellation but the lows and highs are not very pronounced and come off a bit murky. Can be fixed slightly with a bit of equalization either through your phone or Spotify, but they are very marginal differences at best and differ depending on the kind of music.

Lightweight and better material than I expected
Sound quality is decent. Lightweight and better material than I expected, especially for $20.99. The only problem I have is the bluetooth connectivity which sometimes works or sometimes is just a complete miss after a long time of trying.
