Trees and Shrubs for the Southwest: Woody Plants for Arid Gardens

I love how this book is organized. Easy to find what you are looking for. There were several trees that I did not find listed tho. I guess to include every tree, would make it too big. Great book!

My wife and I have enjoyed looking at and reading about many of the plants and shrubs with which we previously had some degree of familiarity, now richly cultivated.

Good survey of trees & shrubs that will grow in the Southwest; being from upstate NY, it will be very helpful in my intended new gardening activities. Good pics as well as the informative text.

This book has more trees and information about trees in the southwest than any other book I have purchased. Informative but the tree in my yard was not in this book.

Avete una bellissima lista di piante esteticamente valide, originali che vi faranno dimenticare le lunghe ore passate ad innaffiare e a preoccuparvi della salute delle vostre piante non adatte alla sempre più lunga siccità estiva. Lista unita a tutti i consigli tecnici sul migliorare il terreno, trapianti e potature.
