Jim Croce - Guitar Chord Songbook

I jad bern looking for a replacement for a jim croce songbook thzt wzs desttoyed when a storage building flooded this book is grezt with wonderful basic chord word patterns .pethaps my one complaint is the book is small i have to put on my cheater reading glasses to be able to play the songs.I expected a standard 8 1/2 x 11 format book this is much smaller. Jist something to think about in future publications still content bnb os nice.

Had I known it wasn’t a standard 9” x 12” I would have continued looking. As it is I’m scanning, resizing and printing the songs I want to play. Grr.

This was actually a gift for my step dad for Christmas who is practicing on getting better with his guitar (not quiet a beginner, but still learning). He was very excited when he opened it up, and said everything looks great inside and he'd be playing it soon.Almost a month since Christmas now, and no complaints! So if you enjoy Jim Croce, sounds like this is a great for a novice player.

Great collection of songs! However it is small. Not the size of your average sheet music book which also makes it hard to stay open on a music stand. If I would have read the dimensions before purchasing I would have looked for a different size. But the skim Croce lover in the family loves it, and that’s all that matters!

I found my favorite songs in this songbook, so it was a very good purchaseI suggest to manufacture it with spiral binding

It has most of his songs, it is a smaller book size, which makes it easier to carry and use.

While the book had everything you would want in a guitar book it was very small. Instead of a normal 12"X9" it was 6"X9". Hard to keep open and you might want to have glasses. And while one might think that small is alright if it has everything you need, I'd say so does a "tiny" house but I wouldn't want to live in it.

I liked everything about Jim Croce song book.. WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE. he was a genius singer songwriter, sadly long gone. 1000 out 1000 +

Ideal song book

Ich habe in über 30 Jahren schon viele Songbooks in der Hand gehabt - von einfachen Akkordbuchstaben bis zu "Note-für-Note-Tabulatur". Dieses Buch ist für mich der perfekte Mittelweg: Exakte Akkorde (auch verschiedene Varianten, wenn sich ein Griff in Strophe und Refrain unterscheidet), aber trotzdem 37 Songs auf weniger als 100 A5-Seiten. Manche Voicings sind selbst für einen alten Hasen wie mich noch neu und klingen wie im Original. Wer zur CD spielen möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben, auch wenn die Fills und Soli von Maury Muehleisen an der zweiten Gitarre fehlen. Und wer will, lässt für die Lagerfeuerversion die Hälfte der Akkorde weg ;-)

Completo sotto ogni aspetto. Il taglio piccolo del volume, criticato da alcuni, non è un difetto, anzi, lo rende più maneggevole.
