Licensed Skylander balloons bouquet including 1x 36" large Skylander balloon, 2x 18" Skylander ballooons and 2x plain balloons *Comes uninflated (flat) and possibly unpackaged. *Does not come with ribbon or weight. *Please take to a party shop or florist to inflate. If you choose to use a DIY helium tank please message us for instructions as it is very easy to burst the balloons if you don't know how and we do not refund if you damage the balloon. Characters are licensed, no Chinese rip offs. However balloons are never 100% successful so please understand this and contact us before leaving feedback. Ribbon and weights not included. We always quote sizes given by our supplier but please allow for human error and changes when inflated, if this is a problem we are happy to send additional photographs. Note some manufacturers have recently changed their designs to be more efficient so 18" foils are sometimes now 17", there is little difference once inflated. We do not accept returns for damaged items so suggest you take to a professional to inflate, or request DIY instructions

not at local party store.
2 of the balloons would not hold air. luckily the big one did. When you buy online you pay for the balloons then take them to party store and pay a ton of money to get them filled.Due to the size of the large one it was quite expensive.

Balloons are nice sized ( large
Significantly cheaper than Party City. Though factor in cost to blowup with helium when comparing Amazon vs in store purchase.Balloons are nice sized ( large!) and colorful. They held helium well. We had our party in March and they still are inflated.

Hostile response when product was defective
Large balloon would NOT inflate!!!! I contacted the seller and this was the response:Thanks for your email. I'm sooo sorry you had difficulty with Party City. Sadly, they tend to use minimum wage employees that they provide with very little training on balloon inflation. I contacted the manufacturer and forwarded your email. This was their response.Party City is responsible for the damage they caused to these balloons. Regarding the defective seal on the star balloon, as I'm sure you know, the seal is the responsibility of the person who filled the balloon. The seal is applied by the person filling the balloon, in this case, the Party City employee, because it is a heat seal that they apply when they put it in their heat seal device. If the seal was defective, it means that they did not do it properly. Either they did not seal it long enough, or their sealer was not the proper temperature (not likely this one since it worked on the other balloons), or they weren't paying attention and made a little ridge in the valve when sealing which would allow air to slowly escape. All of these can be fixed by redoing the seal which Party City should have offered to do since they acknowledged that they made a defective seal. As for the "valve stuck closed due to the balloon being an older item." I'm sorry, but that is ridiculous. We've never heard that one in all the years we've been manufacturing balloons. That is simply impossible. First of all, the case number you supplied us for the order we shipped to you, was fresh stock, less than 30 days old. Mylar balloons do not have an expiration date, and can last virtually forever if stored in a cool dry place. Valves simply do not get stuck closed. Only extreme heat (like the heat seal valve device) can seal a valve. If the balloon had been subjected to extreme heat, that balloon and all others in the package would have been "stuck together" all over the place - all over all the balloons. It sounds like the employee did not know how to handle filling the larger balloons. There is a specific procedure for doing so that properly trained employees would know how to handle. If for some odd reason the valve was stuck shut, it would be simple to fix by simply sliding the valve fully over the nozzle of the helium tank. Even if a balloon has been used in the past and sealed, that seal can be cut off and the balloon reused again placing the seal higher on the valve, so if the employee made a mistake with the valve they could redo and fix.Thank you for passing along this information, but it is clear from what the employee of Party City told the customer, it was a Party City employee caused problem, and not an issue with our balloons. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you. Thanks for nothing Treasuresand memories7. DEFINITELY NOT shopping with this seller again!
