Amazing waist trainer!! I ordered a size M as per the size guide for my 31inch waist and it fits great. It takes a while to put on but it really sinches you in. I find it comfortable personally. It really helps with posture and also gives you that temporary sinch and my stomach disappeared.This will really help with my weight loss journey alongside working out and calorie deficit.I would definitely recommend.

Sceptical to order, I am absolutely shook by how effective this waist trainer is - I gained quite a bit of weight, especially in the belly with rolls for days, and constantly hide behind coats - I am a size 12-14 and ordered the medium, I can get to the tightest setting but the change it makes is incredible!! No rolling, very firm fit and coves my entire torso up to the bra, which minimises the visible muffin effect. I have new confidences and can actually fit into two tops I couldn’t wear before because it just tucks so damn well! Cannot wait to buy the small once the weight comes down, this will be a staple in my waredrobe forever! The bones feelFlimsy at first but even when I sit they don’t bend and fold - LOVE THIS ITEM!!

This was just what I wanted. The material is really sturdy for the price. It fits comfortably on the 1st hook. I was skeptical about sizing down as I saw some reviews about the sizing not being right but I’m normally a UK size 10-12 and I got an S which is about UK 8-10. So very happy about the sizing. Would have liked it to have some rods in between for more hold but I suppose for a first timer this is more comfortable. And it’s almost seamless under clothes. Now for just the test of time to see if it holds while doing exercises and whatnots.

Bought the xl and it's definitely not a UK 18, will have to get the next size up as I can't even fasten it with the first line of hooks. Other than that it seems like good quality

Beautiful fabricGreat value for money.You need to order one, maybe two sizes bigger.I have a trim waist, it’s the protruding lower tummy that I need support for. Five babies have left it saggy.This product is a bit tricky to fasten but I was determined to get into it and it feels and looks great.Improved my posture and gave me a much trimmer side silhouette. I’m an older senior but I still want to look my best. Would highly recommend this product.

This waist trainer is perfect 👌 it’s really affordable, also breathable when you have it on. It’s not uncomfortable at all. It can be a little tricky to get on but what waist trainer isn’t. If you are looking for something to slim you down for that summer dress or something to help with posture and back pain then this is the one. It’s stretchy and doesn't roll down either. I’m a size 10 and got a size small for reference.

It’s prevented my back pain and pulled in my sides however i dont see a slimming effect of such

Just received it today. It's a rectangle, the size guide is good.It's not really made of fabric, but 7 stripes of elestic bands sewn together. Clever idea and explains why it's cheap.I'm not sure whether the bones are made of steel but if they are, they are very thin.It's very convenient if you are looking to control the tummy a little for a dress but don't want to spend time lacing or be uncomfortable. It's just as good as any shapewear and is cheap, easy to get in, and nice looking. Would be interesting to see how long the elastics last but with the price it doesn't really matter.For waist training or back support, personally I think a proper boned and laced corset works better.
