Spicy, easy to work with because of the pull tab. If you’re looking to get that smoky, chipotle flavor in your cooking, this stuff is great for on-demand suppply.I have been using for sous vide cooking and have found it works better if you remove the skin from chicken before slow-cooking.

smoky hot taste.
these chipolte peppers are in a adobo sauce. they are best added to chilli sauce or other mesican sauces to add a nice flavour to the sauce. there is a smoky hint to them. they have a good expiry date on the tin. once opened they only keep 3-5 days in a container. they can be frozen though and defrosted when needed. handy if you like making mexican dishes and want to add something tp them. popular in mexico and the usa.
