The SlimShuffle Gym BodyWeight Exercise Cards for Toning and Weight Loss

Haven't used yet, but service was great and product did not disappoint by the looks of it!

This is for women but does not say that in the description. Maybe a good work out but I was expecting a lot more than shadow boxing and a kicks. I really want to use it in my PE class for my boys but they would not do this at all.

There are two key things I LOVE about these cards.1) They are big and very clear about what the exercises are.2) They show the basic exercises many of us know but don't always remember. In their images, they showed what to expect. I wanted a deck of just basic movements to do on a regular basis... Nothing fancy like the HIIT exercises (I have those too).... No big twisty-yoga exercises, but BASIC body movement exercises. I bought these a couple of years ago and am writing a review now because I came back to buy another set as a gift because I love them! But alas... they are not available. Great product. I think everyone who is not a big fan of exercising but wants to do some should have them. I was going to get them for my mom. Great product. I purchased a dollar store frame. And I place a routine in the frame place up on the wall or I will take outside. Love the details of the cards and information. I can switch up routines anyway I want too. I enjoy using these cards creatively. And most of all I stay focus.

Spring is coming, I needed help to help me mixup a routine to keep things interesting. Using the flashcards is cool because with a quick glance I can remember what I wanted to do next and stay committed to finishing a whole routine. The colors coordinate to a different body part so i can tailor the workout to either focus on one body part/area or get a full body conditioning with no extra equipment neccessary!

I don't like going to the gym, these cards are just perfect, I can bring them with me if I'm traveling, I don't need equipment for the exercises, the material is waterproof which I love because I can't workout anywhere. The most important advantage about this product is that the price is fair, it gives me the flexibility to exercise at my own pace and I don't have to worry about going to the gym at certain time! Love it!
