How to Love Yourself

Wonderful book. After years of relentlessly studying and dealing with my traumas and the effects of it, I really needed something gentle and soothing. And this is it - full of love and light. Bought it for myself and two more for friends.

This is the first Louise L Hay CD I have bought and I played it for the first time not long ago.If you have low self esteem, find it hard to accept or love yourself - this CD will help you....give it a try! I intend to play this CD again and again.Louise L Hay starts with a talk on different points in loving yourself. The talk is interesting, positive and can really help.After the talk there is a meditation which is healing and very comforting. If you are finding it hard to accept or love yourself then definately order this CD.

This is pretty effective, coming from someone who has not loved herself ever since she was a child, and the hate just increased with each passing year. Because I felt it, I manifested it in my life. I personally think this is something I will turn to for the rest of my life, but I definitely feel a shift - and that is significant.YOU are your own best friend. Peace.

Very necessary to get yourself out of negativity into a better understanding with practical help. Worth every penny.

This has to be the single most important purchase I've ever made. That's quite an accolade and one that means more as there is an abundance of sincerity behind it. This is quite literally the best investment one could make in themselves - so go on! YOU DO DESERVE IT!

i am a pensioner in my 70 and i cant use it i would prefer you send me a cd disc

I enjoy listening to this cd,it makes me feel calmer and more at peace with my self,the only thing I would say is,I couldn't hear all of the meditation at the end because the music was too loud,that's why I gave four out of five stars.

This book is amazing. The author captures the essence of what most people today are struggling with. Who are you, and/or what do you want to be? Learning to love yourself is a process and this book takes you on that necessary journey.
