Can I return this?
Package arived early came in a brown envelop.A clear plastic bag was inside containing the product.No washing or drying instructions no instructions on how to apply to the body.The first day I could smell my waste ( not a normal thing since the year that I have had a colostomy bag). The stoma is held tightly by the belt and does not alow the waste to drop down and that causes everything to stay up top and the charcoal filters cannot filter all that smell. The belt holds the hernia nicely but the smell is unbearable. No return instructions were included either.
