Good quality. I bought them for runs walks and in the gym.

I had the previous version of these and loved them. Unfortunately I lost them so chose to replace with the same despite a surprising (in my opinion) number of poor reviews. However I now understand the comments as the latest version are nowhere need as good. On opening the box, I see the headphone materials look poorer quality than expected. The charging was problematic and did not charge on first try. Once charged and switched on, the control voice was very tinny. Then took a number of tries before would connect via Bluetooth. After finally connected, I found that despite switching on to the message about having a full charge, within 1 minute it was saying Low charge and then in 3 minutes charge was down to zero and headphones switched themselves off. Not sure what cost savings decisions Plantronics have made but they have gone from producing a great product to producing a shockingly bad one

I had a Series One version before and found them great. Not so sure with these. Different set up with buttons, which I am becoming used to. The charging unit supplied is a short USB, to mini USB, which means only charging via your PC. I have found an adapter that allows me to charge from the mains. The one thing I do find irritating is the long press for switching off. It is not that long, but feels like ages. Despite these setbacks, I do like the product and I am happy to keep using it.

I am unsure and confused about the positive reviews on this product. I like the fact that it sits well in my ears, however, that’s about all. The minute the head phones hit the water either the volume starts to increase or decrease. They don’t work as well even slightly under water, (5-7cm) it’s a real shame as I had high expectations.

Agree with those who said these are inferior to the previous version. I had my old backbeats for AGES until one of the ears stopped working, and so decided to buy these as an "upgrade." They randomly crackle and get choppy even when I'm inches away from my phone, or it's in my pocket. Never happened with the old version.The charge also doesn't last any time at all - I had to make sure I recharged every single day otherwise I knew these would give out on me. With my old ones, I could easily leave them uncharged for a day or two and expect hours of usage.Also, these aren't waterproof or water-resistant at all. I obviously wore them during sweaty workouts like running and biking, and the sweat eventually damaged them only after a few months. Now they won't charge. A total shame. I wish I could buy the old reliable Plantronics again.

Excellent works as described

I have used the original BackBeat Fit for nearly a decade and loved them. They lasted several years of hard use (ultra-marathon distance running in inclement weather) before I lost them or did something dumb (e.g. washing machine).The model 2100 fails very short of the previous product and what you'd expect from Plantronics:1) Sound quality is poor compared to previous model2) CONSTANT background hiss of white noise is very annoying/distracting3) Less flexible design pulls on my ears, causing pain and discomfort4) Battery life does not seem to last a long as advertised5) More complicated controlsYou would expect that a new model would be an improvement. Sadly, this is not. I will be looking for a different brand and no longer shop Plantronics.

I bought it for my husband 2 months ago, and it turned out the battery doesn't last for more than 1 hour. So we finally decided to request a replacement to try out again. The replacement was sent out so quickly. We received it on the 2nd day and started to use it happily without any glitches. Most importantly, my husband loves it!

Beste draadloze koptelefoon die ik ooit heb gekocht. Was gewend dat vergelijkbare modellen altijd binnen twee maanden stuk gaan. Dit omdat ik regelmatig buiten hardloop. Tijdens een regenbui lijken ze dan vaak niet zo waterafstotend als beloofd. Maar deze niet. Heb mijn eerste aankoop al langer van een halfjaar in gebruik, gaat nog steeds 7 uur mee, goed geluid, al vele regenbuien doorstaan en de bluetooth verbinding is ook stabiel (ook als ik door het huis loop). Deze blauwe heb ik er bij gekocht zodat ik kan afwisselen als de batterij leeg is.

Auriculares muy cómodos para salir a correr. Son muy fácil de conectar. Material de buena calidad. El sonido es muy bueno dejando entrar sonido exterior
