Well made and warm, but will be too short for many Americans
First, I received these pants free for testing and review. I recognize that a review of a free product is something fundamentally different from that of a product for which one has paid, however I do believe that such reviews can be useful when the process is respected and I've tried to do that here. What you're getting with this order:(1) pair Nonwe snow pantsThis is a tough review, because the product is well made, looks sharp and is quite warm. However, I think they will be too short for many Americans and possibly too slim to use as an outer layer. I'm 6'2", but my inseam is only 32", I'm not a long-legged man. I ordered the large here, which may have been ambitious at the waist, but as far as length goes there is no listed difference between L and XL. The waist on the L actually fits me fine (I'm a 36), but the length comes up short by a good inch. I know many people of my height who are 34" at the inseam and these will simply not work. Some of the reviews here mention a very baggy fit and that is not my experience at all. This makes me wonder if there are wide varieties from one lot to the next. Mine fit fine at the waist, but the fit over the legs is definitely slim and if you are planning to wear a layer or two underneath then these will be too tight. If you're 6" or under and prefer a slim fit these may be perfect for you. There is a lot to like here. The fleece lining is quite warm, and the overall design looks nice. Pockets at the back and sides give a little carrying space. They are also water resistant (I ran the faucet over them and the water beads off for a long time before the fabric finally becomes soaked) and quick drying so they are appropriate for snow.Anything else of note?: At the posting of this review, the pants are eligible for free shipping to members of Amazon Prime; always a check in the plus column for me.Any negatives?: This has already been covered, but they are too short for a 32" inseam or taller.Bottom line: If your inseam is shorter than 32", the L or XL will fit you and you'll have a solid pair of water resistant and warm ski pants. If, like me, your inseam is 32" or longer, these aren't likely to please you, being too short. I'm rating them 3 stars because they're well made, look nice and should work for a lot of men, but they will simply be too short for tall people and there's no longer option.

Nice Looking & Great Fit But Could Be Heavier
Great fitting. Not baggy. Terrific pockets. Warm, but not too warm. Nice soft-shell feel. Water beads but don't know just how water resistant they'll be in actual snow conditions. Lighter weight than expected and lighter than other NONWE soft-shell pants. Most probably have to wear thermals underneath in temps below 30 unless very active. Sizing: Elastic in sides of waistband expands from approx. 33-36 in Medium. Would have given 5 stars if they were a slightly heavier weight as other NONWE.
