Bought this to replace a similar sort of metal tap which had a counterwieght and thing taking up room in the under sink cupboard. Oh how I love this tap. Even the plumber liked it! No counterweight or thing to pull through to move the flow bit about. Lovely champagne flow which can be changed to a shower flow at a click. Reaches all areas of both sinks without splashing. Is a quality build - have given it 4 stars for sturdiness only because plumber said one of the bottom bolts is a bit light. And have had to educate the ham fisted ones that this is a tap requiring no effort at all to use. Great for wrists which struggle. Spares are included. Delivery and secure packaging exceeded expectations. Great price. Looks fantastic. Myself and this tap are very happy tpgether.

Lovely tap....just what I wanted. It’s bigger than I thought and at first seemed ott for my smaller kitchen. But have got used to it now and it easy to use and a good buy, hubby and I fitted it so really pleased.

Looks really good, has a quality feel, starting from the packaging and included fittings and accessories. Installation is a piece of cake.The flexible neck allows you to reach the corners but without the moving parts is other pull out models with the counterweight and hanging flexipipes under the sink

I bought this to replace a tap that had broken after only a year (well, it was £28 so I guess you get what you pay for!). After having had a flexible tap I couldn't go back to an ordinary one, but didn't want to alter my cupboard for the kind with weights on, so bought this instead. When I opened the box I was surprised by how big it was and also how heavy it was. I don't think this is going to let me down after a year, but if it does I'll come back and edit this review! I really like that it is so easy to maneuver, just unclip and it will move anywhere, just like a hosepipe really. The spray function is good for water saving and is a useful extra. On the whole I'm really pleased with this and I think it's as good as any of the similar models that cost over a £100 so I would rate it as very good value for money - so far! I got someone to fit it for me as I'm no good at that sort of thing, but he had no problems with it so I guess it's fairly easy to fit.

Its looks nicely designed and easy to install ...and that about it, unfortunately the valve starts to loose water after around 1h of use from installation , as far as im aware its a manufacturing problem inside the tap itself and cannot be fixed , it will be returned back to amazon as soon as i will geth different replacement.

I used this product when I was upgrading my kitchen . It’s fitted to a Frankie ( fragenite ) sink. The quality is excellent and great value for the price.

The media could not be loaded.  Do not buy this tap, it leaks at the back. No communication from the company to recify the problem. I have emailed them every day since last Tuesday when it was installed by a plumber.

The media could not be loaded.  UPDATE!!!! 10 MONTHS LATER!Do NOT buy this tap. It became so hard to move it from side to side to change sinks. This morning when I swiveled it from the sink on the left to the sink on the right, it gushes out from the middle. SEE VIDEO! Completely broken. I had to buy a new one. I got a nicer one from Wickes. A bit more expensive but with a 5 year guarantee! This one was tricky from about 3 weeks after installation. Be careful!THE FOLLOWING WAS MY INITIAL REVIEW:"Excellent tap. I love the sprayer that can come off and you can use it as a mini hosepipe and clean the whole sink and draining board and even water the plants! It comes with a snazzy pair of white gloves.. ...not exactly sure why they are in the box, but it's a nice touch. The water stream is beautifully aerated so that it doesn't splash everywhere and the aerator helps you save on your water bill too! I am getting used to the one lever mixer control, which reminds me of a car's gearshift. I get confused where hot and cold and warm and off and on is, but I am getting better at it. My plumber said it was easy to install. It seems well made and is very sturdy."It would have been GREAT had it lasted longer than 10 months!

Der Wasserhahn ist relativ schnell montiert und sieht echt klasse aus, wir haben erst einmal einige Minuten das Wasser laufen lassen damit alles sauber gespült ist.Zur Montage braucht man nur das übliche Werkzeug und wie schon erwähnt ist er schnell montiert.Den Strahl kann man durch einen Knopfdruck einstellen was für uns sehr wichtig war, auch kann man den Hahn aus der Halterung nehmen und damit ist man schon sehr mobil im Becken.

..lo sto rendendo...l' oggetto è globalmente molto bello e ben fatto ...in parte...molto massiccio quasi in tutto e davvero con una bella linea, ma non si accettare il fatto che , il doccino finale sia tutto in plastica..ma soprattutto che l' aeratore/filtro non sia intercambiabile, o meglio dopo aver contattato il fornitore mi è stato detto che è intercambiabile ma con cosa? Sicuramente loro saranno disponibili in caso di guasto alla sostituzione del pezzo ma dopo qualche hanno se uno deve sostituire come in tutti i rubinetti solo il filtro è costretto ad acquistare online doccette alternative (non uguali all' originale) che si aggirano comunque sui 15€...non è una cosa pratica ed economica a mio avviso.Peccato perchè davvero bello..Per essere corretti, noto che prodotti simili e intorno a questo prezzi sono quasi sempre dotati di doccetta in plastica..
