I actually love this tableware
I actually love this tableware. It was very elegant for my event. The blue was vibrant and the gold trim was rich in color. Very happy with my choice My only problem was I ordered 5 sets , silverware, and cups paid $96.60 for my order to arrive one day shipping. I was only shipped three sets of tableware and my silverware. So after watching the order for several hours continue to say preparing to ship, I called customer service on the evening of April 12th spoke to Rep #1 who assured me my order was scheduled to arrive by 8 pm on the 13th for my entire purchase. I waited until 6:30 am on the 13th spoke to a beautiful woman Rep#2 who tells me at that time I would not receive the remainder of my order due to it being an inventory issue of which they could not see before now. I was livid!!!😭😤 Mainly because I had spoken to someone that previous night to insure my shipment was okay. Well this lady was very concerned and did what she felt necessary to correct the problem she cancelled that portion of my order that had not been sent and refunded my shipping fees. Then told me to reorder my items. Well even though I had paid $425.30 for my original order the $191.80 she refunded would not go back on my card immediately; Soo, I had to add more money to the card to order the products again. They waived the shipping fees but I felt like it was an amazon issue not my issue they should have resent my items free since the money had already been paid or authorized. Even after the nice lady did all she could do I still hadAnother issue but not related to the tableware, I actually received the rest of my tableware and my cups which were too small the next day in time for my event. I was thankful to the representatives that helped. My event was beautiful received several compliments on the decor.
