This is so beautiful in person and I hang it in my bedroom. When I wake up this morning to see it, it just reminds me of God and the rebirth of Jesus and butterfly. This brings so much peace to me.

This cross is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. I fell in love at first sight. I wasn't sure I could afford to spend the money, but I couldn't get it off my mind. Kept it in my 'save for later' for almost a week. Just had to get it though and I'm pleased I did.I saw another review where the customer pointed out about the sauter mark on the butterfly and how that detracts from the beauty. First, I'd like to ask that person, do you have a better method to properly attach a metal butterfly to a metal cross? Cause if you do, then maybe everyone would be buying yours instead.Personally though, I wasn't very bothered by the sauter mark. Maybe that is because I can tell how much work went into this piece. In order for that butterfly to be properly attached, there has to be an appropriate amount of sauter. When metal is heated (ai the sauter) it will darken. Hence the sauter mark. I also would like to say that included with the piece was an explanation of the artist's vision. It mentioned that he purposely heated the butterfly to give it a bit of a burned effect to symbolize the many trials we endure in life. The words were so beautifully written. I don't see how anyone could be critical of this unique work of art.

I was looking for a cross to hang on the wall of my home office as a gift to myself for always working so hard, and as a symbol to look at during the times of stress. I came across this one and decided to buy it. It is absolutely beautiful, artistic and spiritual at the same time. I did not want a wooden cross because it would have made my office look like a church. My office's furniture is very classic but this cross, in spite of looking so modern, creates a nice contrast and it does not appear "religiously heavy." There is something very spiritual about it. The cross itself, with its characteristic twists, reminds me of the suffering of Jesus, but at the same time the symbol of the butterfly gives me hope. It is a bit pricey but it is hand made by a professional sculptor and you can tell there is a lot of work and material in it. So it is worth it. Congratulations to the artist for being such a sensitive person. It is really perfect and I truly love it. I highly recommend this. Not to be forgotten, it is very sturdy.

I bought this for my grandson and his bride as a wedding present. It was in perfect condition and very beautiful. They had so many compliments on it when it was opened. Loved it!!

Individually crafted work of art, and so unique! The cross is Not mass produced, so each one is a bit different. I have purchased several, and plan to purchase additional pieces as birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc. arise! Highly recommend!!!!!

I bought this for a friend of mine who is a minister and also absolutely loves butterflies. She was delighted with it and sent me a picture of it hanging on her wall at home. However I thought it was a little too expensive. Did not look too sturdy which is why I gave it one star for price and durability.

Worth the money

nothing short of incredible——great wall piece finished beautifully——-cross itself is outstanding and the butterfly is absolutely the perfect touch......comforts the heart and soul!
