Oh my goodness, this collar is a HUGE blessing! Our seven year old Yorkie now has to sleep in her “house” (a large, comfy kennel) because when she sleeps in our bed she wakes us numerous times a night. However, now she wakes ups around 3:00 am in her kennel and barks until we get up around 5:45 am. So, either way, my husband and I have been totally exhausted. It’s been worse than having a newborn. She is such a little thing that we hated to get her a shock collar. I ordered this collar hoping and praying the vibration and beeps would be enough to train her to be quiet! IT WORKS AMAZINGLY!!!!! Our sweet girl sleeps QUIETLY in her kennel now all night long. Everyone is well rested and happy. We don’t have to worry that she is shocked. The beeping noise alone has been enough to curb that crazy barking! This collar has been a fantastic purchase! It works great and fits her tiny little neck perfectly (she is around 5 pounds). It is lightweight, easy to use, and easy to charge with our iPhone cubes. She only wears it at night.

I have a small dog, 15 lb, I already had an excellent anti bark collar (Pop view) , also bought at Amazon, but it was big compared to my dog size, and I felt if it were smaller it would be more comfortable for him, I was also hoping for a shorter collar strap, so I ordered this one because it said for small dogs.It did not work and I am returning it.It did not go off when my dog barked, although I followed all the steps, it went off at strange times, i.e my dog scratching! And not scratching near it.It has a green light that is always on, which is very kreepy if u r using it on your dog at night.The strap is still very long for a small dog, i had to double loop, which makes it bulcky, the idea was to have something small, given that the dog must also have his normal collar on.The only advantage of this over Popview, if it worked, is that it is re-chargable, as opposed to batteries.

Bought for 13 lb Shitzu. It worked absolutely great for a little over 3 weeks. The peace & quiet were so wonderful while it lasted. But my dog is an incessant barker - she barks at everything and anything all the time. After 3 weeks, she started realizing that the vibration wasn't too bad and that she would tolerate it even on high so she could still bark all the time. We quit using it for a month and put it back on her. Worked ok again for a couple days and then she went right back to her old barking pattern. I am really frustrated because I don't want to use the shock collars available. She is just a really stubborn dog and I'm not sure any collar is going to work.

I purchased two of these. They worked for about a week and after that when my dogs barked they would not beep or vibrate. .However if my dogs where just sitting or running in the yard they would beep. They were fully charged so this was not a issued. The do come with several plates so you can change the colors if you have more than one dog. I did give it two stars and here is why. They do feel cheaply made but the plus side of that is that they are lightweight. I have two 13lb dogs and that was a bonus. The other part is that although the collar did not work properly after a week if you put the collar on them they immediately know that it would sound if they bark so it stil helped . However not worth what the money to me just for that. I will be returning and searching for another collar.

We have a small terrier mix that likes to bark at everything! He sees animals on tv and barks! Barks at the door and other sounds when he goes out! We have used the shock collars with large breed dogs, we didn’t need to shock them after initial use, they were too smart! Our smaller guy we were happy to use this collar with sound & vibrate. He figured it out real quick! It works great! I will add to my remarks, it is not working now! He barks right through sound & vibration. Darn terrier-hound mix!!

My 9 month old Maltese is extremely barky and anxious and this collar definitely mitigates some of his barking. He'll test the boundaries sometimes and keep barking after each time it buzzes. The most intense buzz (the final one) is met with a higher-pitched buzzing noise that usually freaks him out enough to make him stop. My only real issue with this collar is that it'll go off if he tries just scratching his neck or if he knocks into something and it hits the collar by accident. So he's basically getting punished for itching himself or bumping into something. It happens maybe once or twice per day which isn't a big deal but I wish it specifically went off only for barking. Another issue is that sometimes it won't even go off when he barks and I have to adjust it. Overall it does the job and works well 90% of the time. It's definitely worth the price. My dog is an anxiety-ridden mess that barks at anything that moves and it works on him.

I have a 75# doodle and 2 yorkie/chihuahua mix dogs. The barking was loud and nerve shattering and my friends and family were finding reasons not to come visit. I bought the collars for the "littles" after reading many positive reviews on their effectiveness and that is was a gentle correction, no shocking. I followed the directions and put the collars on the "littles" for 48 hours before I turned them on. One night all 3 dogs got activated collars at the same time. The 'littles" collar beeps and buzzes, the doodle collar has the option for a shock although he is a sensitive boy and I knew it wouldn't take a shock to achieve the correction. The collars did their job. My house is peaceful and we had a birthday party without our nerves shattering. The yard barking is under control. The run out their doggie doors to bark and after one bark they stop. The only issue we have is the doodle's collar is activated by sound. The "littles" collars are activated by the vibration of their vocal cords. Unfortunately the doodle has had to endure his collar beeping when the "littles" bark close to him. I have been decreasing the intensity of his collar, started at 5 and now down to 3. I followed the directions regarding saying "no" when they bark, before the collar activates, helps modify their behavior so when they don't have the collars on they pay attention to "no". Yes, I enthusiastically recommend these humane collars for the benefits to humans and dogs .

Ma sœur l’aime bcp pour sa petite yorkshire. Quand sa chienne porte le collier, elle ne jappe pas Ce collier est léger et il ni a pas de grosses pines comme les autres qui lui entre dans la gorge ce qui fait qu’il est plus confortable. Seule inconvénient c’est que le collier peu être sensible à certain son alors il peut sonner sans que la chienne jappe mais sa n’arrive pas souvent

Did not want to shave my dog's neck to insure correct contact so I have returned this collar at my expense !Waiting for my refund .
