I was going to give this product zero stars but it came very well packaged. It was a nightmare to assemble , of the six chairs delivered only one was easy to put togethet. Every screw hole was off centered and had to be retapped to accept the screws provided. Never again!

Good quality, easyto put together. Customer service excellent when sending replacement seat cap. Would be 5 stars except customer service phone number and email were wrong in package so had to find contact information on web. Would be better if chairs stacked, but we knew they didn't when we ordered but be aware.

Welded together poorly. Brackets and threaded holes didn’t line up. Assembled they don’t sit level and are bent looking

These chairs are not wide enough for some folks, so if chair seat width is important to you, these are 18" wide inside the arms. I have deck chairs from 2 other vendors which are 22" wide, and that's great for me. The described width is for outside width, not seating width. Also, these chairs will not stack for storage if that's important to you.

These chairs were quite challenging to assemble. I did not have Allen heads for my ratchet set and only used the Allen wrench provided. Some of the screws went into hard to reach places without a lot of "turn room". Also, at least one screw was missing, but a quick call to the number provided rectified that. They are made in China. Once assembled, the chairs are wonderful! The table that goes to these chairs is already rusting and it is three weeks old!

Missing pieces , horrible to assemble
