I really like the frames
The frames look great - they are oversized but to push the clips on the back to,open is very hard. They should have used stronger clips on the back or something. I broke my fingernails trying to get them open and closed. The back is just a rough backing.

Poor quality, but great customer service
Poor quality, the hanging hooks on the back are not centered making hanging them difficult, one clip on back holding the picture in was missing. But they were very good about willingness to correct the problems. Best customer service response that I've ever had
