Whoa, ladies! This one is the real deal. I had just ordered an arm shaper from another vendor and returned it because the sleeves on a size small were LOOSE!!! ( not like I have tiny arms girls! ) I was pretty disgusted, I mean, zero compression at all. I decided to take a chance on this "Larrycard" arm shaper in an xs, and what an amazing product it is!! It was like this thing was sculpted for me. Pretty tight, but just right, what I wanted. The sleeves are tailored so that the seams actually face under the arm, not sitting on top where they would be visible under garments. Also the sleeve length is to-die-for. Ends at the perfect sweet spot about 3 or 4 inches below the elbow...( on me anyhow )So, no sausage bulges like the ones with the shorter sleeves...You can always slide them up a bit for shorter sleeves if you wanted to and they would stay. The fabric is nice and smooth but fabulous compression. I mean, I am so amazed and happy. Really happy I did not give up and gave this one a shot! Came in 2 days with Prime.... That truly is one of the great perks of Amazon, easy return and quick shipment. Kinda think I'll be ordering another. If you are a size 2/4 with a small ribcage this is for you!! So grateful "Larrycard" makes the XS, the other guys seem not to. We skinny gals get flabby arms too!!!!

I haven't had my revision yet, but this is a very interesting compression. Its not fajas fabric, but an almost silicon fabric thats very breathable and moveable and not stiff at all anywhere. I got the large but its a little looser than I expected. its loose at the wrist. Its comfortable, the front straps are not restricting at all. Im 5'7 180 and bottom heavy. Im impressed by the comfort but a little nervous it may not be tight enough. If you want tight go down a size!p.s. don't be deterred by the really poor photoshop of the image lolUPDATE: Had my revision - this is perfect for the swelling and everything. Was even complimented and asked where I got this by nurses.

I have tried several different methods to get comfortable compression of my upper arm and shoulder from a medical problem, and so far this is the best one. They were all difficult to put on, but i managed to get this on mostly by myself... i need help with the hooks. Pain was not bad putting it on, unlike other products i tried.Fit is great for underbust, but quite loose on top. I will be shortening the top strap. I have wide shoulders too, so this was surprising, but easily fixable.Compression on upper arm is perfect. I measured my upper arm at 11". Lower arm is loose like a regular shirt, but i didnt need compression there anyway, and i have thin arms.As for comfort... its much better than the others, but i doubt i would find ANY compression garment comfortable, especially there since i am very hot natured and sweaty and hate the feeling of compression in general because i feel confined. Its not the fault of the garment.The fact i still have it on after writing this review makes it way superior to the other garments and braces i tried. I couldnt tolerate them even for 5 minutes. I think i can wear this one for an hour or longer. Thats saying a lot.

This is exactly what I needed as I had arm lipo 3 months ago and the compression garment my surgeon gave me had become looser with time. This product is very comfortable and doesn’t ride up on me. Good compression on the sleeves and gives a seamless look. On me the sleeves are full length but I do have shorter arms. I sized down to a small as that was the size garment my surgeon gave me and am glad I did as I need the extra compression.

JUST AS THE HEADLINE SAID , NOT WHAT I THOUGHT IT WAS

When I first received the compression arm sleeves, I liked that the sleeves were longer than other compression arm sleeves and that it was tight at the end of the sleeves.BUT: Ater I started to wear it, it HURT me in both armpits, especially the left, leaving a deep painful red gash in my left armpit and a lighter, less painful gash in my right armpit. I wrote to the vendor asking her NOT to send out a second (of the same garment) on FRIDAY AN. 25th, yet, I just received an email notice that it was sent out on Sat. Jan. 26th.Now I have to return it, unopened. i DO NOT want to be charged for this item! It is too small of a cut in the armpits!If it weren't for the small armpit cut, I would like the item but because it's cut too small in the armpit, I cannot wear it because it is INJURING me!

This is impressive. I have been searching for a compression garment after having upper arm liposuction, and this one is extremely good. It offers a very firm compression, which is exactly what I need because my arms are extremely swollen and I tried 3 other ones, none of which worked as they offered little compression. The only problem is, this one is a little to compressive, so, I need to order a size up! I would very much recommend this though for anyone that needs it post surgery.

I liked this product, but it was so tight that it was painful. I would have returned it, but kept it too long waiting for an upcoming special occasion. I should have tried it on when it arrived.

I ordered the size I usually wear but it doesn't even fit on my forearms.
