Roseline 82050 Grooming Scissor, 5-Inch

Did not cut our dogs' fur except near the handles. Anywhere else on the blade merely gripped the fur, like the blades were not coming together properly. I can see the tips are both bent inwards slightly. If that is part of the design, it beats me how it is supposed to work. As the bent sections come together, the blades are pushed apart.The screw became loose after just a few attempts to cut. I tried retightening it, but it loosened again when cutting.Seeing all the rave reviews, I was tempted to order a replacement and try again, but then I saw someone else had reported the very same problem.

Excellent pair of scissors! VERY VERY SHARP! I actually cut my pets skin off with them so I'd be very very careful not to get close to the skin when using these. They clear cut right through my buns skin and it was a large slither of skin as well it must have really hurt him. The vet said he was fine and they didn't need to glue it so we were lucky. He had a few matts that I tried to cut out myself and following this incident, I had him shaved at the vets. I now use these to trim his fur and NEVER get close to the skin in any way, shape or form now as I felt that guilty, I actually cried. These are an EXCELLENT PRODUCT! Great price too! I would recommend this product to anyone but would also warn them to use carefully on pets due to their severe sharpness. These are the best scissors on the market. I tried several other cheaper pairs from other sellers only to have them fall apart or be blunt. Waste of money and I paid around £20! These cost me £40 and worth every single penny I spent on them. Definitely recommend these to anyone and would also buy from this seller again. Thank you! :) < me

Was recommended to buy Roseline scissors from the company who sharpen my clipper blades. They are, by far, the best grooming scissors I have had. This particular size fits all purposes for me, from long hair work, to very close toes and eyes work. Light, easy and seem to stay sharp for ever... !
