Good sampler
Most of the samples I would never buy again, unless you enjoy chewing tasteless styrofoam. Most keto snacks need help but a few are acceptable. My wife liked some and I did ok with others at least we didn't have to spend a lot figuring out what we liked and didn't.

Not worth the money
The protein crips were gross like eating cardboard. Olives b where you at me and so where the cheese crisp. not worth the money since I refuse to eat any more of those protein crisp bags.

Better than nothing
I wasn’t crazy about these little snacks but I ate them. On the ketogenic dietyou will eat anything allowed because you are starving imho.

Not good at all
I was looking forward to a keto snack I could have at the office. I was very disappointed in the taste, they had a bland but plastic taste to them. Save your money

some of the cheese snacks were too spicy
the best protien bar I have ever had...I really like the chewy texture
