STABILO Carbothello - Pastel Pencil - Metal Box of 48 Colours with Sharpener, Kneaded Eraser and Blending Stump

The pencils as such are beautiful and very well pigmented. It’s no surprise that this brand is one of the best for soft pastel pencils but here’s what disappointed me. I pay a hefty price of around 6k for “soft” pastel pencils. The least I can expect is protective packaging. Unfortunately all I received was a cardboard covering with the metal box in a plastic sleeve. The pictures above show exactly how I had received the product. With multiple dents over the metal box (due to which I can’t close it properly) and pencils scattered with their tips chipped off. I’m not returning the product because I’m ok with the situation and I can’t wait again to get a replacement either.

perfectly packed and authentic product. just the price a bit high, but thats expected as its imported. the product is excellent, pastel pencils.

While these pencils are super expensive, it was needed for important artwork. The packaging was good. No pencil was broken or bad. Brand is pretty good. Individual pencils are super expensive so as a set it turned out to be priced better.

El paquete ha llegado bastante bien. Me preocupaba que las minas vinieran rotas, pero solo había un lápiz un poco agrietado, y al que se le rompió la punta al afilar varias veces. La caja de lata no está muy bien diseñada, porque en el piso de arriba los lápices están bien separados entre sí, pero en la de abajo vienen tan apiñados que se salen de la ranura. Los lápices en sí son cremosos, suaves y pintan fácilmente. Los noto más suaves que los Pitt Pastel de Faber-Castell, y se complementan muy bien con ellos, ya que los Faber-Castell son más duros de mina. Por el contrario la madera es más dura que la de los pitt pastel, y me cuesta más sacar con la cuchilla. El sacapuntas que traen estaba bien afilado y deja punta afilada, aunque hay que limpiarlo para que no se desafile. La gama de colores es buena para pintar perros y gatos, que es para lo que los quería. Creo que es una buena compra.
