Lucini, Organic Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 16.9 Fl Oz

One of my favorite olive oil is not just for cooking but also for salads I like to use a high-quality olive oil when I’m not keeping it up and this one taste delicious. The freshness and quality are superior.

I’ve been using Lucini Organic Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a few months now, and it’s hands down one of the best olive oils I’ve tried. The quality is exceptional, and it truly elevates everything I use it for.The flavor is rich yet well-balanced, with a smooth, slightly fruity profile and just a hint of peppery finish. It’s perfect for drizzling over salads, dipping fresh bread, or finishing off roasted vegetables. I’ve also used it for cooking, and it holds up beautifully—enhancing dishes without overpowering them.

You can definitely tell this is high-quality stuff. It has a very "green", almost raw plant-like top note taste to it, to me. Sort of similar to if you chewed on a green plant stem. You don't usually get that with cheap olive oils.It also has that famous peppery finish in the back of your throat that defines a quality olive oil, though not overwhelmingly so, as I've tasted with some others (i.e. Atlas. Atlas' peppery finish has actually made me cough, but I still love Atlas olive oil as well).I would (and will) buy it again in the future.

Very bitter. Very Very bitter. I have relatives that have traveled the world and love the local food. Lots of olive oil. They did not think it it was rancid but they would never use it. Another good friend thought it was rancid.

I like this oil..no harsh taste..good for salad and sautéed dishes
