Really surprised at the quality of this product fabric is super soft yet just the right amount of tautness. I’m a size 6-8 so I ordered small in grey fits perfectly. I only wear it when I’m in the gym while training which is roughly up to an hour and a half so wouldn’t know how comfortable it would be if you were to wear it for longer duration.

So, when I first received this item the zip was quite hard to use, but after a couple wears an using the zip it works much betterThis waist trainer is just great, it really hold you in and help with posture; kinda feeling like anew woman with nicer curves. Wearing it to the gym or just around the house is great, as soon as you take it off, you see and feel all the sweat you’ve lost from around the areaPlus you can see your results just after a couple of wearingMy downside was, as already having curves it never quite fit my shape at the top. But the bottom fitted just fine. So it kept on getting pinchedAlso after your body start to change while wearing it, it does start to pinch more

Product absolutely perfect except that top waist band could do with cross reinforcement, perhaps some ribbing, as creases up with wear on one side. Otherwise perfect.

Ordered a 6-8 but it was still a bit big but the extra velcro bit helps to tighten it up I use it to do my exercise and also sleep with it. It been few days now and I can notice a little difference in my tummy it gone down a bit with I had this when I had my baby bought one that did nothing for me even though it cost me more than these. In all it looks like it doing the job.

the material is not that great it doesn't give that much support especially because the straps are not tight. if you do get it i will say get a size down if you are small around the sizes 8-12 so if you are normally 10-12 get 6-8 but please don't quote me exactly it might just be different for every one i will keep mine but just have to do extra work to make it tight in certain areas and it still doesn't give 100% to all parts of your stomach so i would also say 2 straps might even be better to secure the bottom part of your stomach and top part also

Good product, but sizing so hard to get right. Size 14 and xl was too small, returned and got xxl and that was still uncomfortable. Need it to support my back moreso and if i try next size up im hoping it will fit right. Does keep you in a good posture though.
