GREAT FOR ADDING TO FACIAL CREAMS...feeds my face vitamins !
Solution for ultimate vitamin fed skin care. I mix this into all my facial creams to feed my skin.I was looking for a liquid multi-vitamin that I could add to my facial creams. Most of the liquid vitamins on the market are flavored with some kind of sweetener to disguise the taste. I looked at liquid vitamins for birds (Avitron) but it had this sticky feel to it. Am so glad I found this because it works perfectly for my purposes. I like to feed my skin and this fits the bill for my face creams.Only negative is the price for such a small amount. I wish it came in a larger size (4 oz) so I could add it to my all over body moisturizers. The other thing I add to my face creams is liquid extract of turmeric. Can't find liquid turmeric extract in un-sweetened version, but I'm sure if a manufacturer comes across my review, it may come on the market.

Great alternative to taking an Oral Multivitamin
I have a Thyroid condition and so I have trouble with taking vitamins orally because they not only make me nauseated but they can interfere with the absorption of my thyroid replacement medication. I have done a lot of research looking for an alternative to an oral multivitamin, as well as trying different vitamins and this is by far my favorite. It also helps my Thyroid medication work more effectively.

Works great, wish the smell wasn't so strong
Works great, wish the smell wasn't so strong. I used it during the day and people could always smell it on me. Won't be ordering again... gotta find one that doesn't have such a strong scent. If at all possible.
