This seller doesn't care AT ALL about their clients
The product I received was defective (please see the pictures): on one sandal, the straps were so much shorter and tighter than on the other that it was impossible for the same person to wear the pair at the same time without pain. I asked the seller for a replacement of the one faulty sandal, they told me it was impossible, and asked me to "pull on the straps" to see if they would ease. But that didn't work; I even tried to cut a bit the (NON ELASTIC AT ALL) straps so to ease the pressure, but the central point where the straps cross is really tight, and it's the main piece that determines both the tightness and the maximum height of the sandal, the one that accommodates OR NOT the foot. So after I wrote again to further confirm that the product was useless, they asked me for pictures and promised that if they confirmed the fault I'd get a refund. But after I sent the pictures, which - the seller acknowledged - DID CONFIRM that the product was defective, they refused the refund without return of the item, which was by now so ruined and useless that I had thrown it away (and so I couldn't return it).In conclusion: not only this seller made a crappy product and encouraged me to further spoil it, not only they made me lose my time by encouraging me to keep writing them time after time, trying to salvage the sandals & taking and sending them the pictures, but also gave unprofessional advice on the way I could try and make the sandals wearable, and - finally, and most unprofessionally in my opinion - were unclear in their stating that the product could only be refunded if returned. And I know this is the explicit rule, but in my long experience with Amazon third party sellers when it's obvious (as it was in this case) that the product is faulty, a good, business-savvy and honest seller usually sends a replacement or voucher or refund, because it's clear that the client has already gone through enough of a hassle through no fault of their own. And in this particular case, the way this seller worded their email to promise a refund should the pictures show the fault led me to think that this would be the case, and I believe that it would have been justified, given all the emails exchanged and the actions taken on my part in the hope to solve the problem without having to get to the refund part.After this bad experience, I am CERTAIN that I won't buy another Shoe Shack product ever again, on Amazon or any other platform.

Nice sliders
Good quality. A little tight on breadth, but this has already softened / relaxed as I have worn them more. Good quality.

Comfortable
I wear these instead of slippers and they are very comfortable. They allow feet to breathe and do not slip off. Much better than flip flops. Woukd be ideal on a beach

Not as described Odd strap placement
The colour I received was very dark brown almost black and the two tone brown as in the picture isn't present. The actual base of the sandal is fine for a size 10 but the strap appears to be on the wrong way round, narrow around the wide part of your foot and wider on the narrow part of your foot. This meant i could fit in my little toe without it being crushed. A size up wouldn't remedy the problem as the design itself is the problem. Quality seems to be quite good but the devil is in the detail and its not practical or fit for purpose. There seems to be an ongoing problem with any kind of footwear ordered off amazon and from the region of china as this is the second pair Ive sent back and the reviews speak for themselves. Delivery times not to bad took roughly 4 days.
