This biggest challenge with the device is it needs software.

A good product for routine checks
It is said to represent 6 lead ECG however, looks more like a Long Lead 2 reading (Doctors would understand this term). In any case, the technology is innovative and i m sure the waveform deflections will be important in emergency medical conditions. I would suggest to add actual leads for all 12 sites.

Dishonest marketing
ECG waveform analysis is not automated. It is manual process. This is not mentioned in product description. User has to manually painstakingly shift over waveform to get values of concerned parameters (PR interval, segment, QRS complex, ST segment, QT interval) - refer the 2nd page of attached user manual. Further local distributor is trying to collect buyers phone number through a malicious trick. There is no default access-denial in the device as claimed by the distributor.

This product is very useful for checking General ECG with advanced technologies with the help of Laptop or computer. ECG reading with this device is very compatible with the medical laboratory.

Dissatisfied customer
Product is not useful. One machine can measure only one person's ecg. Also , installation is very much tidious.. I want to return this product , how can I do this..beforeborder it was showing returnable and now it is showing only replacement can be done
