700-count black and blue Urban Waste Bags on rolls, + 1 blue bone-shaped dispenser

These bags will last at least a year, perhaps more. I keep one roll everywhere - in jacket pockets, in all cars, in purses, who knows when the pooch will poop.When looking around for poop bags these seemed like a good deal for the price. I had previously purchased some from Costco that were a little more expensive but 100% biodegradable and longer at 16 inches by 9 inches (300 bags with 2 dispensers for $10). These are 13 inches by 9 inches and come with 1 dispenser.If you have a large dog like we do, who loves to eat grass and poop a lot it's nice to have the extra length to make sure you never come close to the waste when tying a knot in the bag. These bags are not bad though as they're 13 inches, I can't go any shorter than that or I'd be grossed out.They are around the same thickness as the other bags I've used and so far I've not had a torn bag or one with holes in it. They are thinner than the free bags you see at dog parks or dog waste bins at public places.One thing that's great about these bags is that they come on a spindle that fits inside most typical bag dispensers as well as the one that comes with the bags. The bags have a pattern of dogs at the edge that opens which is super convenient as it's hard to figure out the open side especially in the dark. You have to blow on it a bit or use a finger to open these bags like most bags of similar thickness. However, the thinner bags are also easier to tie when trying to make a knot so I am ok with it. Any thinner and they would tear.That's a lot to say about poop bags but when you use one every day and sometimes thrice a day to pick up dog waste and cart it around you get picky. These have been good performers so far.

Have to laugh at myself that I'm writing a review on poop bags, but reviews can be really helpful, so here goes:We had purchases several packs of poop bags from Costco when they had them, but since their inventory is cyclical, sometimes things reappear and sometimes they just go away. At any rate, they didn't have any in stock as we were about to run out, so I turned to Amazon.I found these bags to be not only cheaper, but a better quality than the ones I bought from Costco. The rolls are a little thicker, so I have to remove the first bag before it fits into my original poop bag dispenser. Yes, they did send a dispenser, but since our old one wasn't broken yet we just continued to use it.I am very happy with this purchase and plan to buy them again... when we eventually need them... 700 bags will last awhile.

I must admit to being confused by reviewers who complain about bag thickness/thinness. They're dog-waste bags, not haz-mat suits. Yes, these bags are thin, but I've used about a hundred of them so far and they've never torn apart, nor busted open.I like that there is a printed border around the mouth of the bag as it takes away the guesswork. And I appreciate the reasonable price, which is about 25 percent of what I'd pay for similar bags at the pet store.My only complaint is that the two supplied bag dispensers are the equivalent of dog waste. What good is a bag dispenser that isn't big enough to hold a full roll of bags? I have to peel two bags off every new roll to make it fit inside the dispenser. Besides that, the plastic ring that's intended to attach the dispenser to the leash handle is equally useless – A poor design, and low-grade material.But, again, the bags are great for the purpose intended.

Great buy. The bags are definitely large enough and go mid way up forearm. They are relatively easy enough to open and the little dog images do help you know the correct end to open. I do like the little dog bone dispenser but agree with other reviewers that the clasp is super flimsy and better with a carabiner. Tip: insert the bag roll into the dog bone dispenser before ripping off the bone sticker to start roll. Pull it off through dispenser - a lot easier! The only thing that would make these top-notch would be to have handle ties but very pleased with this purchase.

These are the best bags I have purchased over all my years of dog care. They are thicker than others which makes me confident that they won't break when separating for use or en route when filled. My one wish would be that someone would manufacture a strong, affordable, genuinely biodegradable waste bag. The one my neighbor buys have not even begun to decompose after 4 years so he is getting ripped off while trying to be a good steward. Meanwhile, if we have to use plastic, these babies get my vote.

The bags are a great value for the cost, yet most times I can't even open the blue bags? Anyone else have this issue?

Great bags at a great price. I don't have to worry about them breaking, which has happened to me. These bags are dependable and strong enough to handle my Pit Bull Mix on a daily basis. Not only do they protect my hands when picking up my dogs bowl movements but they also keep the odor from escaping. My friend who has a St. Bernard uses these as well and we decided to split a case next time we are going to order.

One or two bags on every roll has a split down the middle.They do the job.
