Flavor is not too overpowering.I like the clean ingredients and have searched for something like this for a while.It also helps you obtain crazy good pumps. No shakes or jitters & certainly no crash after!

I purchased this based on the listed ingredients, which really should have given great results. There’s only one review for it on Amazon, and that review doesn’t indicate if the reviewer actually used it. It just breaks down the ingredients and says what each is supposed to do.So I knew I was taking a shot in the dark.I started with an almost full scoop and felt perhaps a very mild energy boost for about 45 minutes. This has happened before with some of the PWOs I’ve tried that were all hype but didn’t deliver.What was different with the NutraBio PWO however was that after this, I crashed. And crashed hard!I’ve been using PWOs for about 6 years now and have tried at least 10 brands. I’ve always read about guys experiencing a crash and while I have gotten pretty tired on many occasions, I never really experienced this kind of energy loss until now. It was like my physical and mental energy was depleted.I did wonder if it was the L-Theanine as I remember thinking that it was an unusual ingredient for a PWO. But even so, if this supplement really has 350mg of caffeine in it, then that should be enough to counteract the L-Theanine. I’ve previously used another supplement for mental clarity, containing 200mg of caffeine and 200mg of L-Theanine and that worked pretty well.I’m in my late fifties, semi-retired/working part time, and manage to get in at most three workouts for the week. I’m not going to risk losing another workout day to this and won’t be continuing to use it.There are two PWOs that I use regularly and I will be sticking to those, which I have to add, cost $5 to $10 less than this one, and also use natural sweeteners, flavors, etc.Also, just for info, this bothered me enough so that the very next day I made the time to do another workout, this time using one of my regular PWOs. And there it all was: the energy, endurance, focus, etc.The only good thing I can say about it is that it tastes like iced tea, but I suspect that even a glass of real iced tea would have been more effective. This is the first time I’ve used a PWO that didn’t just not help my workout, but seemed to actually hinder it.Really disappointing experience.

Taste horrible but still works

I had to choke this down from the get go. Awful tasting (and all of their natural pre wo flavors). Mixes fine. Try at your own risk. I should have returned it.

I love how this preworkout makes me feel I only take a half scoop, sensitive to caffeine, love that there is no BS In the product! The flavor is a 7/10 since no artificial sweeteners which I think it’s fine only because I’m working on my hormones and focusing on more natural things! I wanna try sweet tea but afraid I may not like it since this is pricey I saw more reviews on green apple that’s why I go this! I will continue to buy it and maybe will buy the sweet tea wish they sold samples!
