Works well and well designed
I wanted a simple, inexpensive coffee grinder for making a coarse grind to use in a cafetière. This does exactly what I wanted, simply, quickly and with no mess. The design of this grinder was very well thought out. The outer cover is great for weighing coffee beans, and the inner lid seals the grinding container tightly to prevent any mess while grinding the coffee. It can also keep the coffee beans or ground coffee fresh until it's time to use them. The brush is very helpful in cleaning under the blades, and the grinding container can be easily washed. I'm very pleased that I chose this grinder.

The CG300 Model is Great
It’s not at all clear from the instructions. However, this model (CG300) is larger and more powerful than the CG250. It would seem that the CG250 is designed primarily for grinding coffee beans, whereas the CG300 is a multi-purpose coffee/spices/grains grinder. The CG250 does NOT come with an inner translucent white plastic lid, whereas the CG300 does. The stainless steel cup on the CG300 is taller and (I think) wider than that on the CG250. Also, the CG300 has 4 blades in a cross formation (two smooth edged and two serrated) whereas the CG250 just has two smooth edged blades. I guess the extra serrated blades are designed for dealing with hard spices and seeds.I have purchased the CG300. If you use it without the inner plastic lid in place, then spice dust is forced out of the stainless steel cup and finds its way right through the machine, coming out of the ventilation holes on the bottom onto the work surface. This cannot do the motor much good! Finally, the CG300 has a little cleaning brush which slides into the base. It’s really useful and convenient. Because of the brush, there is no cable storage facility on the CG300.All in all I’m really pleased with my purchase - I tested it when I first received it with rice, and it ground the grains to a really fine flour very quickly. Other spices are ground brilliantly. The large-capacity cup is great.

Robust, big. And LOUD. But overall it's a thumbs up.
Trick to getting a fine grind for spices is to pulse the motor which is easy to do. Before learning this I tried running the motor continuously and only got a coarse grind. But pulsing does the trick. The makes should really emphasise this in the user manual. The machine is really loud ( 300w version ) but it's really powerful and does the job. Supplier delivery was really fast!

Simple fast wet and dry grinder
I used this for both wet and dry purpose to test it out.Wet: i grinded ginger and garlic and it successfully turned into a smooth paste within less than a minutes effort! 9/10Dry: i grinded coriander seeds and zeera seeds and grounded both into a powder with success 9/10Only con I would say is some product gets left under the blade and can be hard to take out as I don't like wasting foodWorth the money paid forEasy to cleanNice black designEasy push down touch to grind anyone can use this thenI choose this higher wattage in speed than the slower ones and i am impressed(I don't drink coffee so I haven't tried it for this purpose)Packing is simple and instructions are detailedProduct overall 9/105/3/21 so 3 years on and this grinder still works great for me... On a side note I mentioned in my original post that it's hard to clean lol I didn't realise until sometime afterwards that there is a brush that actually is hidden underneath the motor which can be pushed in for storage and taken out to clean the product that gets stuck under the bladesI have mainly used this to grind my spices instead of buying them ready made, I love the fragrance upon opening the lid (make sure to switch it off at mains first before you open!)I have yet to use it for wet products as I now own an actual chopper to do all the wet stuff so I am not too fussed!

Broken after 6 uses.
The plastic shim/washer underneath the blades has been chewed up by itself, and ground the plastic in amongst my coffee. It now sounds like there’s a stone in there and after use now it starts to smoke, which is deeply concerning.I got it to primarily grind coffee beans. It takes a while to get a decent grind out of them, of which you have to hold the device down which is a little irritating. I would have given it 3/4 stars had it not broken. Maybe it’s the one I received, but it’s clearly not made well if it’s broken after minimal usage.

Spice Grinder
Have been looking for a product like this for ages. It's absolutely great. Made my first batch of Garam Masala yesterday. Toasted the spices and popped them into the grinder .It ground them to powder in no time. The spices included hard stuff like cinnamon stick , peppercorns and cloves . No problem with them at all. At last I've got a machine that grinds to powder.

It is bit big and doesn’t grind as fine as i was expecting
It is a chunky machine or a coffee grinder andIt is not grinding the seeds and grains very finely .But it is very easy to use and clean

Quick and easy
Been using a a Bullet accessory and the beans always left an odour, so needed a dedicated grinder. This one is great, I like the fact that you can whizz the beans with the press of one hand and then be able to lift the grinder out with ease. Simple to clean with the nifty little brush that fits into the bottom of the grinder. The length of time grinding defines the fineness of the coffee.. Well worth the worth the money.
