Why You're Still Single

I picked up a copy of this book because I am a fan of Evan Marc Katz's articles and blog. Much of the advice written here is common sense for down-to-earth women, however, I see many women who would do well to heed the words of wisdom within the book. It's also engagingly written, and a quick read. But even for those down-to-earth folks, there are some gems in here that really help me in my own thinking.I found the best chapters to be:Guys Don't Go Both WaysDeal Breakers (particularly Linda's piece)Hitting on 20There's good advice in here, and it's not all new agey, which tends to cause me to stay away from dating and self-help books. Groundbreaking? Not exactly. Enjoyable? Yes.

Having read several books on dating, I highly recommend this one maybe even if you aren't single. Hugely insightful and covers all the bases in dating. You just might see yourself on one of the pages (uh oh) but the authors, although straight forward and real, use lots of humor to make their messages clear and easy to take. Most valuable of all is that you get to see every issue from both the male and female perspective at the same time. I think even people in relationships would get a lot out of this book. The best on the subject I've read.

Read this before you go about hiring him as your dating coach. I leave it in the bathroom and it's earned its value in its humor

This book is very funny but it has true reasons on why we are single.

It's a good read , a bit predictable, but the price.

This book has helped me a great deal. Especially the chapter titled Diminishing Returns, explaining how to know if a man is serious about you. Wish I had know that a year ago!! Would have saved me the worst heartbreak ever!!!!thanks Evan Marc Katz for being clear and concise!!

It's more about how to be in a relationship. A few good ideas, but mostly they state basic rules on how to be a good human.

I haven't read it, cause I actually bought it as a gift for some family member, that always gift me with unnerving and saddening stuff, thinking of being helpful, when she's not, just to upset her!
